00:04But despite this, several families were evacuated due to floods and landslides.

00:19was able to pass through the Hener typhoon.

00:29A while ago, in August, the Cagayan River

00:33crossed the overflow bridge between Tabagat and Santa Maria, Isabella.

00:38The water level rose in the river so the road was flooded.

00:42Because it was a dangerous week, cars could not pass through.

00:46This is just one example of the overflow bridge

00:49that was guarded by PDRRMO of Isabella.

00:52When it floods the river,

00:54the water level rises in the Cagayan River

00:57which alerts the rescue personnel.

01:01In Isabella, the Hener typhoon landfalled today.

01:0436 people were evacuated

01:07but they were immediately returned after the typhoon.

01:10There is no blame aside from the low agricultural value

01:14that is still known today.

01:16Aside from Region 2, Nueva Vizcaya is also affected

01:20because most residents were evacuated.

01:23One barangay in Ambagyo was affected,

01:26six barangays in Bambang,

01:28one barangay in Dupac del Norte,

01:31and four barangays in Solano.

01:33In total, more than 600 families were affected

01:36or more than 1,700 people.

01:39In Isabella, where the typhoon landfalled,

01:42only 8 families were evacuated

01:45in the coastal area of Maypalanan

01:48which is equivalent to 36 people.

01:50Because of this, the DSWD immediately moved

01:53to bring pre-positioned family food packs

01:56which are worth more than P300,000.

02:00Batanes, which is also affected by the typhoon,

02:03also brought relief goods.

02:07According to the PDRRMO of Isabella,

02:11their fellow countrymen can sleep peacefully tonight

02:16and they will take care of the safety of their residents.
