00:31will the typhoon Hener still bring heavy rains

00:35along with this latest typhoon Helen?

00:40These two typhoons that we are monitoring inside and outside the Pharr,

00:43Hener and Helen,

00:44will still be hit by the southwest monsoon,

00:47particularly here in Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Visayas.

00:50That's why we still have heavy rains

00:52for the next two days.
