00:00So the reason why it was so important to me, you know, number one, I'm a fan of Frank,
00:05but my brand is walk on.
00:08And the reason why is because I was a walk on at the University of Missouri.
00:11So I was the lowest guy on the total poll.
00:13I know what it's like to be overlooked.
00:14I know what it's like to have self doubt.
00:16I know what it's like to not feel like you deserve to be around all the people that you
00:22are around.
00:23When I was a walk on at Mizzou, I was around a bunch of blue blue chip recruits and coaches
00:28didn't know my name and I was treated like everybody else.
00:32And I worked my way up day by day, brick by boring brick to become an all American and
00:36a team leader.
00:38So this idea of Frank's journey, when it comes to health and wellness and fitness, he kind
00:44of started at the bottom, right, overweight, and making a lot of bad choices.
00:49And now the man that he has become, and the growth that he has had is an inspiration to
00:55millions and millions of people across the globe.
00:58So it's not where you start.
01:00It's where you finish.
01:01And it's about making a commitment to yourself, making a commitment to where you want to go,
01:07setting a standard for your life, and then keeping that standard.
01:10And that is exactly what Frank has been doing.
01:13It started with one walk, and it was probably a very scary walk to go take that leap and
01:17make a commitment to yourself.
01:19But then one walk turned into two, two walks turned into a week, a week turned into a month.
01:24And before you know it, now he's almost a year consecutive of holding the standard and
01:28keeping the promise to himself to walk every single day.
01:31So it was an absolute honor to share a walk with Frank.
01:35So thank you guys for the opportunity, and walk on, Frank.
01:39God bless.
01:40I'll see you at the top.
01:53Alright, hey, how's it going, Michael?
01:55Good morning, how are you?
01:56How's it going?
01:58Thank you for having me.
01:59Well, thanks.
02:00I'm joined by Michael Chandler, who's going to be starring at a UFC pay-per-view very
02:05soon.
02:06You know, he's one of the UFC's top fighters, and he's going after Conor McGregor.
02:14If we ever get him to fight, if we can ever get him inside of the octagon and come back,
02:19I'm going to knock him out.
02:20Let's go for a walk.
02:21Let's go for a walk.
02:22It's an honor to be here.
02:23You were so astute fighting with me.
02:24It's good to see you.
02:25I love you, Michael.
02:27I love you, Frank.
02:28And, Frank, can I say how stunning and fabulous and impressive you look, and I think this
02:34rollback shirt really brings out how breathtaking you are, and the accomplishments that you
02:41really have achieved, and how thin you look, Frank.
02:44Yeah, well, these rollback polos are nice, comfortable, and great to wear on a nice summer
02:50day.
02:51Shout out rollback.
02:52Shout out.
02:53Yeah, you do look shnazzy.
02:54This is, wait, hold on.
02:55I heard this is day 300.
02:56I think it's 324.
02:57324 in a row.
02:58Yes.
02:59That is crazy.
03:00324.
03:01That is awesome.
03:02It's been quite a journey, and, well, your journey started at Missouri, Mizzou.
03:09You were a top wrestler.
03:11What was that like?
03:13So yeah, I wasn't a state champion in high school, so I was kind of runner up.
03:19Didn't have any scholarship offers to any big schools.
03:22I had some scholarship offers to some small schools, but I decided to walk on to Mizzou.
03:27So I walked on to Mizzou.
03:30By year number two, I was a starter, and then ended up becoming a team captain in All-American
03:35by the end of it, but I wrestled with Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren.
03:38Do you know who those guys are?
03:40I'm not that familiar with them.
03:41They both were very successful in mixed martial arts.
03:44They were like my big brothers.
03:45They started going into mixed martial arts, so I figured I'd give it a try.
03:52And then I've been trying it ever since.
03:54I've been trying it for 16 years.
03:55You've already impressed everyone.
03:57Fight of the night, debut of the year.
04:01And it looks like you're lined up against Conor McGregor.
04:05Why do you think he's ducking you?
04:07Man, it's a very, very interesting situation, right?
04:11So if you look at the sport as a whole, it's not as easy to put together fights as people
04:16think it is.
04:17You know, it's not like the match, right?
04:19The schedule comes out and they just do the schedule, right?
04:22With the fight business, you've got all kinds of different things going on, and then you
04:28just multiply that times 100 when you've got a guy like Conor McGregor, who is the biggest
04:32star in combat sports, right?
04:34So it's been an interesting scenario.
04:37We were lined up to fight June 29th, International Fight Week, in Las Vegas, and then he broke
04:43his pinky toe and pulled out of the fight.
04:46So now we're kind of in limbo again.
04:48Is he ducking you?
04:50I stand firm in my notion that yes, I think if he was fighting anybody else, if he was
04:58lined up against anybody else in the world, he would not have pulled out of that fight
05:01with a little pinky toe injury.
05:02Because he hasn't had much success as of late.
05:05I mean, he's kind of like a faded memory, and if you defeat him, you could end him.
05:13Yeah.
05:14I think that's kind of part of the story as well, right?
05:18He realizes if he's going to step inside the octagon and compete, he needs to be 100%.
05:24The problem is, the fact of the matter is, none of us are ever 100%, right?
05:28Or none of us are ever 100% when we step inside the octagon.
05:31There's always going to be little injuries, little bumps, little bruises.
05:34Obviously this one was legit.
05:36If he had a snapped, broken toe, obviously that's a tough situation.
05:42Yeah, he has not had a lot of success as of late, and he needs to go out there and get
05:47a win, and I'm not exactly an easy guy to go out there and fight.
05:51But he has to fight you in order to get back in the ring, right?
05:54Well, yeah.
05:55So we also did the Ultimate Fighter on ESPN.
05:58So we did an Ultimate Fighter reality show.
06:00It was on 12 episodes, 12 weeks in a row on ESPN.
06:04And traditionally, the coaches of that show always fight each other.
06:09If they don't fight each other, it's a complete waste of time.
06:13It's a complete travesty for the UFC franchise, because really, the UFC really took off when
06:22they were on Spike TV, and it was the Ultimate Fighter, Stephen Bonner versus Forrest Griffin.
06:27It was like one of the first crazy big fights that the whole world ended up seeing highlights
06:31of, right?
06:32And that really launched the UFC.
06:34And since then, they've done 32 series of the Ultimate Fighter.
06:38So we have to fight each other and finish that, close that storybook.
06:42And by the way, the episode was unbelievable.
06:46All those episodes.
06:47I thought the synergy, the chemistry, both of you coaching each team.
06:54I thought that was fabulous.
06:55It was the best I've ever seen, and I was so excited to see both of you fight.
07:00You know, it was unfortunate for everyone involved.
07:03Nobody won here.
07:04The UFC did not win.
07:05You did not win.
07:06Conor did not win.
07:07It probably would have been the biggest fight ever, because it had the hype, it had the
07:11energy, and it was just perfect how it laid out.
07:15It's just such a travesty that he did break his pinky finger.
07:20Can I just ask you something?
07:21I mean, Toe.
07:22The thing I'm asking, when you envision the fight, do you think you'll be able to take
07:28him boxing, or do you want to immediately bring him down and try to submit him?
07:32So I like the idea of keeping my options open, but I do think, yeah, everybody knows
07:40how I fight.
07:41I'm a foot on the gas kind of guy.
07:43I'm going to be in his face.
07:44I'm going to put pressure on him.
07:45I'm not afraid to stand and bang.
07:46I'm not afraid to be in the pocket.
07:48I'm not afraid to turn it into a firefight, but I also have, I do have a lot of wrestling
07:51skills, grappling skills, cage work skills.
07:55I think the easiest path to victory, or what most people would say, hey Chandler, why don't
08:00you use your wrestling more, is obviously to use my wrestling.
08:03But I do believe, I hit him with this right hand, he goes down.
08:08I do believe that the life he's been living compared to the life I have been living, there's
08:13a calling on my life to go out there in my greatest moment of opportunity and knock this
08:17guy out within the first two rounds.
08:18That's my vision, but we'll see how the fight plays out, you know?
08:23So it's, it's, we had the biggest gate of all time.
08:28We broke the record for the biggest gate of all time, because you guys know, whether
08:30it's baseball, no matter what, sports needs a storyline, right?
08:35And there was this really great storyline that we created.
08:38Conor's storyline was the greatest comeback in combat sports history after snapping his
08:41leg.
08:42Everybody thought he was done.
08:43And then you got me, who's one of the most exciting guys on the roster, one of the most
08:47exciting guys.
08:48Every time I go into the UFC, or into the UFC, I do not.
08:50Yeah, it's like you're a, I read that you were like a top fighter of the night several
08:56times.
08:57Every single time I have fought, I have been fight of the night.
08:59I was debut of the night, and I was fight of the year against Justin Gaethje right here
09:02in New York City at the Garden in 2021, November of 2021, fight of the year.
09:08So it's, uh, styles make fights, and I believe I'm going to be too much for him if he ever
09:14does pony up.
09:15And hopefully it's this year in December.
09:17I mean, I mean, I think at this point, it's either shit or get off the pot for Conor McGregor.
09:22I mean, yeah, I mean, it's been a while since he's actually fought, and if he really wants
09:27to come back, it's you or nothing.
09:29I mean.
09:30Well, that is, that is definitely, you know, because everybody's got their opinions, right?
09:34I mean, you guys live in the world of barstool sports, and everyone's got their opinion about
09:38all the different people inside of organizations and sports and all stuff.
09:42So obviously everybody's got their opinion, and everybody's opinion is, why are you waiting
09:45for this fight?
09:46I've had enough assurances behind the scenes knowing that the fight was almost booked numerous
09:50times.
09:51We've had dates looking.
09:52Nothing ever became public until June 29th.
09:57But Conor's road back to the UFC, back to the octagon, goes straight through Nashville,
10:01Tennessee and Michael Chandler.
10:03That's it, because we have to finish the ultimate fighter.
10:05I mean, if he doesn't, if he doesn't want to take the fight, then he's done.
10:09What's your next option?
10:10So yeah, we are, we are, I have come out publicly right now to let everybody know, listen, obviously
10:16if it looks like the Conor fight is going to happen anytime soon, we want that to happen.
10:21But I'm also, I've got a lot of different options.
10:23I'm still number five, number six in the world.
10:26I've got rematches with Charles Oliveira that everybody would love to see.
10:29Dustin Poirier, Gaethje, there's all kinds of different options, and that's just a 155.
10:36I would love the idea of fighting a 170 as well.
10:38So there's a ton of great fights, a ton of great options, and a ton of exciting matchups
10:45that fans would want to see, but you know, I think Charles Oliveira's in a spot right
10:49now where he's looking for a fight, and that right there puts me right back into the mix.
10:54Avenger loss against Charles Oliveira, who beat Poirier and beat Gaethje.
10:58So then, in essence, by MMA math, I nullified all my losses in the UFC.
11:02That would be amazing.
11:04That would be an epic fight.
11:06Everyone would pay for that.
11:07Yeah.
11:08That would be epic, you know, pay-per-views, and the buzz would be incredible.
11:11Yeah.
11:12Now, when is the next big pay-per-view?
11:14So the next big pay-per-view is October 28th, I think, in Abu Dhabi, and then you've got
11:21Madison Square Garden in November, and then you've got Vegas in December.
11:24I don't know the exact dates of November and December.
11:26They're not public yet.
11:28But those would be the perfect two fights, two venues for you against McGregor.
11:35Yeah.
11:36It would be great.
11:37I mean, I've fought at the Garden a couple times now, three times.
11:39So I enjoy the Garden.
11:42It's the world's most iconic arena for a reason.
11:44You know, if you guys have been in there, like how loud it is in there, it's just a
11:47different, a different feel, you know?
11:49Yes.
11:50You got Jon Jones on that card.
11:51Yeah, sure.
11:53Well, the Garden is the most famous arena in the world.
11:57Yeah.
11:58Everyone around the world knows the Garden.
12:00Yeah, it's just different whenever there's a fight.
12:03Break the tag, baby!
12:06Let it roll!
12:08Yeah, it's just a different feel.
12:10Whenever people say, hey, there's a fight at the Garden, they know the UFC is going
12:14to put on the best show they can.
12:17Hey, my man!
12:18See?
12:19Everybody knows.
12:20Everybody knows.
12:21He knows.
12:22My man knows.
12:23Yeah, come on, bro.
12:25It's almost like at this point, it's good against evil.
12:29We don't want to depict Connor.
12:31We don't want to.
12:32Good to meet you, man.
12:34Thank you for the love.
12:35Thank you for the love.
12:36You know.
12:37You know the world knows.
12:38You know.
12:39So it's almost at this point, it's good against evil.
12:42Not that Connor is evil per se, but we've seen him go out of his way for some reason.
12:48He doesn't mind playing the devil, playing the evil, playing the jerk.
12:53You know, tracking a 70-year-old man in a bar on the cheapest shot I've ever seen in
12:58my life, where your reputation, I think, not only is your skill set unsurpassed, you know,
13:05being a phenomenal wrestler, All-American, captain, but the way you carry yourself, class
13:12personified.
13:13Like, as a father, I know that my kids look up to you and they emulate you.
13:20They want to carry themselves like you.
13:22You're class.
13:23You do not go out of your way to demean someone, to diminish someone.
13:27You're like, hey, here's who I am.
13:29I'll do my talking in the ring.
13:32And I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, I so respect that type of mentality.
13:37Yeah, thank you.
13:38You know, I appreciate the kind words.
13:39And it's just, you know, truthfully, it's just who I am.
13:42It's how I like to operate.
13:44It's how I feel.
13:45You know, in sports, obviously, there's the entertainment aspect of it.
13:48But then there's also the being true to yourself aspect, right?
13:52Just being a normal, good dude or the best dude I can is authentic to me.
13:58And I lay my head on the pillow at night saying, you know what?
14:00I probably could sell more pay-per-views.
14:01I probably could make more money.
14:03I probably could be a bigger star.
14:04I probably could have more fans and have more intrigue if I was a certain way,
14:09if I walked a certain way, talked a certain way, cussed a certain way,
14:12wore clothes a certain way, acted a certain way.
14:15But I'm like, man, I'm just Michael Chandler.
14:18And, you know, either you like me or you don't.
14:20And then I don't really care if you don't.
14:21Recently, we had a rough and rowdy where we had a retirement match.
14:26Yeah.
14:30Would it be a big notch on your belt if you could say you finally shut up
14:38Conor McGregor, the most overrated, overblown, overhyped UFC fighter of all time?
14:45Yeah.
14:47You know, obviously, that's part of the storyline.
14:51And that's definitely something that I have talked about and also the fans.
14:55Like everybody, you know, everybody over the last year or so,
14:57like, hey, dude, I love how you've handled this thing.
14:59Go out there, kick his ass, and, like, just shut him up
15:02and send him off into retirement, right?
15:05Everybody knows Conor's doing all right.
15:07Conor sold his whiskey company, and he's, quote, unquote, a billionaire,
15:11he calls himself, which really he's a millionaire.
15:14But, you know, it's time.
15:17Somebody has to be the guy who puts the nail in the coffin.
15:20Somebody's got to be the guy who reminds him and shows him
15:25that he can't hang with the guys anymore.
15:28And I think I'm that guy.
15:29To me, Conor McGregor, he's been over for, like, five years at least.
15:35And it's about time that someone comes up and just ends him.
15:42Because every time, it's like he tries to, like,
15:45even though he is well past his prime, well past his sell-by date,
15:51it seems like he tries to take the oxygen out of the room
15:54because he always makes it about himself.
15:56Yep.
15:57That has been his M.O., right?
15:58Like, some guys love to make it about them,
16:01and some guys just love to make it about the sport.
16:03I feel like I'm more of a guy who makes it about the sport,
16:06and I'm never going to fault a guy for his brand or how he wants to do things.
16:12But I've also never walked a mile in his shoes.
16:14You know, this is what I say, and this is where people say,
16:16people want a little more animosity or they want me to talk more trash.
16:19I'm like, hey, give yourself or give myself $100 million
16:23and see how I treat people.
16:24Let's see how I react, how I respond.
16:26I've got a sneaky suspicion I'd probably be the same guy with a few more nice things,
16:31but that's the reality that he lives in, right?
16:34He can't send a tweet out or fart in the wind
16:37without the whole world, you know, looking at him and giving him attention.
16:41So it's like a drug for him.
16:44So it's—
16:46And he can't really complain about his career.
16:51It's arguably one of the greatest, you know, careers ever in the history of anything.
16:56Self-made billionaire from a plumber, you know, created, went right against Jameson,
17:01had an epic proper 12 whiskeys.
17:05So, in other words, I don't think he's—
17:08I think that he might be past his prime as far as his visibility,
17:14because father time gets us all.
17:16But, you know, you can't really disparage the man.
17:19I mean, you know, men want to be him.
17:21Women want to be with him.
17:22I mean, he is an icon, which is the reason that the mashup between you and him
17:28is so fascinating, so intriguing.
17:31It's like, will you actually end his career?
17:34Or could he come off the mat?
17:37And it could be arguably the greatest comeback part two again.
17:40So I think that's actually why.
17:42I just pray to God for everyone involved it happens.
17:46It's a win for UFC.
17:48It's a win for Conor.
17:49And it's a win for you.
17:51It can make you the greatest legend that's ever been in the sport.
17:54So much is on the line.
17:57It's just, you know, I just hope it happens.
17:59Yeah.
18:00It's tough because we were so close, too.
18:02I mean, you know, the sport of mixed martial arts or sports in general,
18:05injuries happen, guys get sick, whatever it may be,
18:09and fights don't end up happening, obviously.
18:12But this one was—we were so close.
18:14We were so close.
18:15The buildup was huge.
18:17I thought that injury only happened on Seinfeld.
18:19Yeah, I know.
18:21Well, and honestly, in the sport, you know, in the sport,
18:25in the sport it's like, you know,
18:27it's definitely not something that most guys would pull out of a fight for.
18:31But once again, I think when you've got options
18:35and you don't have to fight but you want to fight,
18:38maybe you don't fight injured, you know.
18:41I mean, I think of the NFL and Ronnie Lott,
18:46who one time had a broken pinky,
18:48and doctors told him he couldn't play.
18:51And he said that, what if you amputate the finger?
18:56They said, well, it will hurt you, but you could actually play.
19:00You won't do any more damage.
19:01And he chose to have half his finger removed.
19:04See, that kind of stuff, you know, like dedicated to the game.
19:07You know, dedicated to the game.
19:09I had a coach who lopped off one of his toes as well.
19:12I mean—
19:13His toe kept getting broken and kept getting broken.
19:15He was like, I'm not going to stop doing jiu-jitsu.
19:17I'm just going to cut my toe off.
19:18I mean, there might be no worse appendage.
19:23I mean, I guess you could say Conor McGregor went wee-wee-wee all the way home.
19:28All the way home.
19:29Well, that's what I said.
19:30That's what I said.
19:31Of all the toes, the pinky toe is the most insignificant.
19:36And that's the sad, unfortunate part.
19:39It's like, if he was fighting someone else,
19:42I don't think he would have went wee-wee-wee all the way home.
19:44He would have fought someone else.
19:45Of course. He's afraid of you.
19:46Yeah. So, I mean—
19:47The betting odds in Las Vegas, the soft, large, off-the-line odds,
19:52if you're a three-to-one favorite right now over him, you're minus 300.
19:56So, I mean, if you're betting, you're never betting on Conor.
20:00You're betting directly on you as a pivot or favorite.
20:03That's a lock.
20:04I want to just plug in for a second here on the legendary ascension of Frank the Tank.
20:13So, you know, going back like seven, eight years ago, Frank was about 525 pounds.
20:19He was a court clerk in New Jersey.
20:23And his claim to fame was that his epic battle, his nemesis, is New Jersey Transit.
20:30Because he uses the New Jersey Transit in his past life to get to his job.
20:36And similar to how he still works right now, living in New Jersey.
20:40But he had a rant that got picked up by Major League Baseball.
20:43He was interviewed by A-Rod, by Frank Thomas.
20:47And that really put Frank on the map.
20:50But by the same token, when my first relationship with Frank was—
20:54First of all, I fell in love with him from day one.
20:56But second of all, I was very scared for his health.
21:00It wasn't really going out on a limb to say at any moment he actually could die.
21:05His diabetes was out of control. His weight was out of control.
21:08His legs were hurting him.
21:10He was not healthy.
21:12So the rise to the top right now of his really fame and fortune and glory is—
21:20Number one, he has a photographic memory. He's brilliant.
21:23He could probably name every team that's ever played in their record from the mid-1920s until now.
21:29Off the top of his head.
21:32He is the Einstein of barstool sports.
21:36He is the Einstein of sports, everything.
21:39And that's number one.
21:40But number two, on his own, and in addition to the help that I provided,
21:46and really the over-the-top mentoring of Jenks,
21:51I mean, man's lost 200 pounds.
21:54Man.
21:55And people just look at him, and really it's Frank's mission statement and motto is
22:00if I can't do it, you can do it.
22:04So he's really become an icon in the world right now of social media, of barstool,
22:11and really, you know, the United States.
22:13And really, he stretches all over the world where people look at him and go,
22:17that is absolutely amazing.
22:19From your guest bed to now being probably the biggest personality at barstool,
22:25getting millions of views per day, throwing out first pitches at Major League Baseball games,
22:31and becoming really, you know, mainstream throughout the world.
22:35It's just an unbelievable rise to the top.
22:39And I think you actually can relate to that from where you started.
22:43You weren't a lock to go to Missouri and become an All-American.
22:47You worked every day, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, independent.
22:53And you really created to be the superstar and the legend that you are now.
22:58Similar, I think, to what Frank did.
23:00Different paths.
23:01But you both are superstars right now, and I just want to say,
23:04I validate how great you are, what a power of example you are to the world,
23:10and it's not just to be next to you guys and breathe the air that you guys breathe.
23:14That's all I can say.
23:15Well, hey, listen.
23:16The human spirit is undefeated if we keep pouring into it, right?
23:20People love to watch other human beings and how they live their life,
23:25how consistent they are, how dedicated they are to it,
23:28no matter how low they are or how high they are,
23:30because we follow people not because of all of their successes,
23:34but in spite of their failures.
23:35We follow people because of their failures, their shortcomings,
23:38the things that they wish they could change and they're working on
23:40and they keep falling back into the same things.
23:42But it's the diligent and consistent consistency pursuing your best self every day, right?
23:48And Frank, 320-something days in a row, that kind of consistency.
23:53I mean, I was just going to think about, hey, I'll do it a couple of days,
23:57and then one day turn to 50, 50 turn to 100, and I haven't stopped.
24:02So for you, is it like, hey, I'm going to go just take a walk, right?
24:07But then the next day, it's like, hey, that wasn't so bad.
24:09I kind of enjoyed that, right?
24:10And then life is all about stacking little bitty wins, right?
24:14I mean, when I first started, I couldn't like, I get more and more stamina
24:18and I can walk longer and longer.
24:20If we have optimal weather, I mean, it's really good.
24:25I can really go far.
24:27Yeah, but what they were saying too is you do it whether it's rain or shine,
24:30sick or healthy, you know, good day, bad day,
24:34because life is not about how you feel.
24:36The problem that we have as a human race is we care too much about our feelings,
24:40and we say, well, I don't really feel like it today.
24:42Well, the grind, success, failure, all of those things don't care about your feelings, right?
24:48You got a goal and you got a standard that you set for your life,
24:50and the standard that you have set now is, hey, I'm going to walk every day.
24:53I'm going to lose the weight.
24:54I'm going to change these habits, and that's what's really cool
24:57because the human spirit is undefeated if you keep pouring into it,
24:59and you're an inspiration to the entire world.
25:01Thanks.
25:02Well, thanks for joining us.
25:03Is there anything else I want to say, anything else you want to promote,
25:05like any charities or anything?
25:10Actually, there is one called Love One International.
25:12We got an event coming up.
25:14They do a lot of cool resources and stuff for children in Africa.
25:18We got an event coming up, a golf outing.
25:20My tequila company, Hiatus Tequila, is sponsoring that.
25:25Speaking of fitness, I am launching my second version of Walk On Fitness,
25:28my fitness app, where we are going to – it's going to be a lot more interactive
25:31in a fitness community where we not just have the fitness programs,
25:35we have nutrition with MegaFit Meals.
25:37We're going to have Mindset.
25:38We're going to bring my podcast and stuff.
25:39So I'm kind of in that health and wellness space.
25:41I always will be.
25:43I have dedicated my life to hand-to-hand combat, which in turn is fitness.
25:46So changing people's lives and realizing, just like you, just like Frank's stories,
25:51the little decisions that we make every day add up to a big impact.
25:54And losing the weight, more mental clarity, and a huge platform
25:58to be able to reach people.
26:00Well, thanks.
26:01Thanks for joining us.
26:02And I know when you finally get this fight, you're going to be victorious,
26:08and you're going to go on to bigger and better things.
26:10Yes, sir.
26:11And you will be there.
26:12Yes.
26:13You will be there.
26:14And then we'll walk again.
26:15Yes.
26:16Then we'll walk again.
26:17Yes.
26:18Thank you, Frank.
26:19I appreciate it.
26:20All right.
26:21Thanks for joining us.
26:22Of course.
26:23Thank you, Stu.
26:24An honor.
26:25Thank you, guys.
26:26An honor.
