00:00Senate President Cheese Escudero ordered 137 bills to be passed by the Senate on the first 100 days of his term as leader.
00:12Some of these are the priority bills of the administration,
00:15such as the Magna Carta of Filipino Seafarers,
00:18Anti-Agricultural Economic Sabotage Act,
00:22CREATE Act,
00:23Philippine Maritime Zones Act,
00:25and Philippine Archipelagic Sea Lanes Act,
00:28which are in the advanced stages of discussion
00:30and will be approved in the next session of the Congress.
00:33In November, these are the remaining priority bills of the administration.
00:38Some of the bills that have been passed in the second reading
00:41are the amendments to the Right-of-Way Act,
00:44Mining Fiscal Regime,
00:46E-Governance Act,
00:47Mandatory ROTC,
00:49and Waste-to-Energy Bill Act.
