00:00The situation is calmer on the second day of the COC's inauguration in Comelec NCR in San Juan City.

00:08This is the important location for the inauguration of the COC of those who wanted to run for congressman in Metro Manila.

00:15The aspirants inaugurated their own platform.

00:24Compared to the first day of receiving the Certificate of Candidacy for being a congressman in Metro Manila,

00:32the situation in Comelec NCR's inauguration is calmer on the second day of the COC's filing.

00:38Although like usual, the enthusiasm and support of some groups to some aspirants is still there.

00:54Just like for Caloocan City First District Representative Oscar Malapitan,

00:58who was also invited by his COC to be a candidate again in the same position.

01:04Malapitan said that if he will be elected again, there are particular laws that he wants to pass.

01:10I am concentrated on our local bills.

01:15I have passed many local bills.

01:19And it depends on the committee that I will run in the 20th Congress.

01:27Aside from that, the COC's aspirants also faced the election for the lone district of Malabon,

01:34where former Malabon Mayor Lenlen Oreta and former congressman Riggi Sandoval.

01:39Gate ni Sandoval made the best man win along with the implementation of their own platform.

01:45I can apply all the things I learned as a mayor in the Congress.

01:48So that we can make legislation that will help not only in Malabon but in the whole Philippines.

01:53I'm sure there will be more stunting in Malabon.

01:56We want to do that because we don't want stunting in the Philippines.

02:00Our flood control system that the national government can bring is well-organized.

02:06We have to improve on our schools.

02:08And really, we need to give a lot to the people of Malabon.

02:14In total, the COC has already hired 21 congressmen in Metro Manila.

02:21According to Comelec NCR, they expect more COC filers in the next few days,

02:27especially on October 8, the last day of the filing schedule.

02:31Considering that we have 33 congressional districts in the entire NCR,

02:38there's still a lot that we are expecting to receive in the next days of the filing of the COC.
