00:00The candidacy for the COMELEC-NCR office of the running congressmen in Metro Manila continues.

00:13The improvement of social services, a better education, and the support of the LGBT community.

00:21These are the goals of the aspirant people who filed their candidacies here on day three of the COC filing in COMELEC-NCR in San Juan City.

00:31It was past 9 a.m. when the candidates started arriving here in the office of COMELEC-NCR,

00:36the running congressmen in Metro Manila in the 2025 midterm elections.

00:43First to arrive was incumbent Makati City Vice Mayor Monique Lagdameo, who is aspiring to be a candidate for the Makati 1st District.

00:52According to Lagdameo, she used to be a congresswoman and because her third term as vice mayor is coming to an end, she wants to return to the Congress.

01:01She wants the improvement of social services and a better education in the country to be promoted to the camera.

01:08Next to arrive was Lagdameo's colleague in the Makati United Party, incumbent Makati City Councilor Denisse Almario,

01:17who is aspiring to be a congresswoman in the Makati 2nd District.

01:20Almario was asked by the media if she's not worried because only three barangays are left in her district after the removal of Embo Barangays.

01:31She's a member of the Congress of Power for Districts, but she wants to continue the good projects in the area.

01:39So far, Nina, there are four barangays that have their COC and we expect that it will continue to increase. Nina.
