00:00When it comes to mental health, is there any misconception you feel like about mental health or therapy that you think is worth addressing?
00:13I'm happy that it's becoming more of a conversation and people feel like they can talk about it more,
00:20but I feel like I don't think there's any... I still do think a lot of people are afraid to ask for help.
00:28I feel like a lot of the times, if I'm struggling, I don't want to feel like I have to ask for help or I get embarrassed.
00:36I just feel like it's always better to say something or rant about it on a TikTok or whatever it is.
00:45I think that you should always talk about it in whatever way you want to.
00:49I don't think you should ever keep it to yourself if you feel like it's something you need to talk about.
00:54What about you? Have you found certain things to protect your mental health in this industry with how crazy it can be?
01:02Honestly, just talk to my family consistently.
01:05I feel like I get so... My boyfriend and my loved ones, I feel like they're the best.
01:15Sometimes I get so in my head about everything that it's hard to see reality sometimes.
01:23It's helpful to have somebody be like, okay, wake up. This is not actually...
01:27You're not... Nothing's going downhill. You're not going to fail at everything.
01:32You're fine and you're going to be great. It's just helpful to have a reality check sometimes.
