00:06In the shooting, the fight between the two drivers ended

00:10as they were just about to enter the drive-thru of a restaurant in Pasay.

00:15The suspect reached the front of a hotel

00:18where he was caught killing the victim, a taxi driver.

00:22The suspect's car was hit

00:25but it turned out to be a double-decker car.

00:31Jomer Apresto was on the scene.

00:37Get that video from the drive-thru of a fast-food restaurant in Andrus Avenue, Pasay City.

00:42You can see a taxi following a line of vans.

00:45You can also see a car in the CCTV that was supposed to enter the line of the drive-thru

00:50but the taxi driver didn't let him in until the two cars crossed each other.

00:55Later on, the passenger got out of the car and confronted the taxi driver.

00:59There was a fight until he got home from the fight.

01:05They tried to separate them and the food guard.

01:12After a few minutes, the taxi driver ran away.

01:16He was caught by his opponent and later on, he fell down.

01:21He was shot by his opponent.

01:24The taxi driver was killed.

01:26According to the police, they separated the direction of the car

01:29but they still followed the taxi

01:31until they saw his opponent in front of a hotel.

01:35He was really close to the taxi driver

01:37because the taxi driver also has a gun.

01:43He was shot by our suspect.

01:46We were able to recover four empty shells of .45 from the crime scene

01:52but I think three of them were hit by our victim.

02:00Two of them were hit on the head, on the neck,

02:03and one was hit on the side of the face.

02:06The police found the car's license plate on the floor.

02:12but he insisted that his car did not leave his place when the crime happened.

02:20The authorities are now looking into the possible incident of the double license plate.
