00:00came out highly ranked, highly anticipated to have this big season. They probably haven't
00:07had the most exciting football in terms of what the expectation was to what they've delivered
00:11over the past two weeks. But you got Carson Beck that still finds a way to put up the
00:14numbers. I mean, even though they allowed Mississippi State to put up 31 points today,
00:19Beck's got 459 passing yards, three touchdowns. But of course, the turnovers have been a bit
00:23costly and a bit out of characteristic for him. So what can we expect in terms of his,
00:28I don't know, Heisman stock and the way that it might be drafting or dropping down if Georgia
00:32can't pull off that seamless performance that we're all looking for.
00:37If you're interested in Carson Beck in terms of the futures market in the Heisman, do it
00:43now because really not many people are talking about Carson Beck in the Heisman. I mentioned
00:48that next weekend, Georgia goes to Austin to play Texas, top ranked Texas, by the way.
00:54If Carson Beck engineers an upset of the Longhorns, those odds are going to get a lot
00:59shorter. So if you're interested in Carson Beck, do it now, do it this week. But I'm
01:03not one of those people. He's looked like a different quarterback this year. Casey,
01:07you mentioned the turnovers. That has been a trend throughout the season. That was not
01:11the case last year. Still very talented. Not the targets he had a year ago. No Brock Bowers
01:18at tight end. He's now in Vegas. And Carson Beck has suffered accordingly. So Georgia's
01:24got to turn it up soon. Thirty one points allowed to Mississippi State. Worst team in
01:29the SEC a moment. You guys probably caught it where Kirby Smart lost his cool and actually
01:35shoved Bulldogs quarterback. The other Bulldogs quarterback, by the way, not his own, but
01:40Michael Van Buren Jr. from Mississippi State. So Georgia just seems like they're a little
01:45bit off kilter going back to that first half against Alabama, the close call with Kentucky.
01:51I don't see Georgia beating Texas. I'm going to go with the McConaughey's next weekend
01:57and what should be a great game. Absolutely. And I like that you painted the picture of
02:00how that game tend to unravel, because what's tough when you have a talented roster and
02:05you've got all the potential is they're kind of lacking in that mental game. They seem
02:09to kind of tap out during the games. They seem to kind of bit against one another mentally.
02:13They're just not as sharp as they were last season and that could play against them with
02:17the tough competition that is this college football season.
