00:008-10 weeks now of trying to play in one system and they're going to change it to,
00:04yes, more of a tried-and-tested formation. We're going to go with the back three first. We'll talk about that.
00:09Do you think, one, it's the right thing to do? Two, do you think it's a little bit too late?
00:14And three, do you think that they can succeed with this long-term going forward?
00:19So, yeah, you remember when Gary Neill took over last season, four days before the start of the season,
00:25and he attempted to play it back four, didn't he? He played it for a number of weeks.
00:29Wolves did get a win, a late win, a late collage goal at Everton, but didn't play well on that day.
00:38And it was similar to the start of this season, but with obviously slightly more points
00:47and a couple of important bits of context to throw into it.
00:52But he did very quickly make that change to a five. And it was, ironically, the Man City at home game,
00:59which, of course, is the next game coming up for Wolves after the international break.
01:03It was that game. They made the switch. Wolves won that game and they went on a fantastic run
01:08with lots of momentum and ended up having a great season overall, despite a late pay-off.
