00:00Hello, temperatures are on the rise over the next couple of days and then we'll
00:04see some thundery outbreaks as we go through Monday morning. But back to the
00:10rest of this evening, plenty of late evening sunshine across the UK. We'll
00:14still see a few showers across parts of Scotland but most of these should start
00:19fading away. Further towards the south we do hold on to some cloud once again and
00:25still with the mist and murk across some coastal areas. And here temperatures
00:30really holding up at around 16 or 17 degrees but under the clearest skies
00:35feeling fresher here, possibly down into the single figures. So to start Sunday
00:41morning then, most places seeing a fine and dry start to the day. We'll see a few
00:47showers across parts of Scotland but as high pressure starts to build these
00:51should start fading away. And then the cloud further south should start lifting
00:56and breaking it to reveal some sunny spells as we go through the afternoon.
01:01And for all of us out there it is going to be a warmer day out there compared to
01:06today. So temperatures across northern parts 21, 22 degrees but feeling hotter
01:12and more humid further towards the south with temperatures reaching up to 29
01:17degrees. Now as we go through Sunday evening and overnight we'll see the
01:22winds picking up across a western part and in towards the north as well. Then
01:28we'll start to see some showers breaking out and moving further towards the
01:32north and east. Across Northern Ireland that's where we're going to see some
01:36heavy thundery downpours, could be some frequent lightning mixed in and some
01:40strong and gusty winds as well. But elsewhere turning, well remaining
01:46largely dry but it is going to be feeling very warm out there into the
01:51night with temperatures really holding up around 19 or 20 degrees across the
01:56south but even further north 17 or 18. So an uncomfortable night to come as we
02:02start Monday morning. Now the focus is this band of rain, showery, thundery as it
02:08moves its way north and eastward affecting part of Western Scotland. So
02:12through rush hour we could see some disruption to travel here with some
02:17spray on the roads, frequent lightning as well and then that starts clearing its
02:21way north and eastwards. There could still be some thundery downpours
02:25elsewhere as well but for most places we should get away with a dry day with
02:31plenty of sunshine and it is going to be feeling hot out there for some of us
02:36especially across the southeast with temperatures really rising up to 33
02:42degrees and Monday is the peak of the heat as well. Further towards the north
02:48and west though once that rain has cleared through then turning a bit
02:52fresher with temperatures here at around 17 to 20 degrees. Now as we go into
02:58Tuesday and Wednesday is going to be turning a fresher but for more details
