Warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, known as "easterlies," will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers to parts of Luzon and the Visayas on Tuesday, Oct. 15.

00:20we can see clouds here in the northern part of Visayas and Mindanao.
00:25Those are the clouds. Most likely, this morning, it was thinned and the rain that we have been experiencing since the early morning is slowly decreasing.
00:34Meanwhile, for the rest of the country, we expect that the possibility of the easterly breeze affecting the east part of Luzon will be high.
00:42The chances of experiencing rain in some parts of the Luzon area are high.
00:47Meanwhile, in the southern part of our country,
00:50generally fair weather conditions are still possible from the morning to the afternoon.
00:55When it comes to the afternoon, there is a high possibility of sudden or temporary rainfall followed by isolated thunderstorms.
01:02Over the next two to three days, we will not be able to see any low-pressure area or typhoon that could affect any part of our country.
01:11That is why generally fair weather conditions will still be possible for a large part of our country for the next two to three days.
01:20The weather conditions here in Luzon will be good.
01:23As we mentioned earlier, there is a high possibility of experiencing rain in the eastern part of Luzon due to the effect of the easterly breeze
01:31in the provinces of Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon.
01:35We expect scattered rains when it comes to the eastern part of Luzon.
01:41Generally, when it comes to fair weather conditions, there is a high possibility of localized thunderstorms
01:47or sudden or temporary rainfall when it comes to the afternoon and night.
01:52We are just monitoring the thunderstorm advisory that is coming out of expectation.
01:58As for the temperature forecast in the surrounding cities,
02:00here in Luzon, we expect a maximum temperature of 32 degrees Celsius for Lawag, Metro Manila, Tuguegarao, and Legazpi.
02:10We expect a temperature of 22 to 30 degrees Celsius here in Tagaytay.
02:15In Baguio, we expect a temperature of 17 to 23 degrees Celsius.
02:20In the coldest part of our country, generally fair weather conditions will still be possible.
02:25Although we can see in the satellite image that there are thunderstorms in the northern part of Visayas and Mindanao,
02:31those thunderstorms will gradually subside and we will still experience a hot afternoon.
02:37There is a high possibility of sudden rainfall when it comes to the afternoon and night.
02:43As for the temperature forecast in the surrounding cities, for Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao in Kalayaan Islands,
02:49we expect a maximum temperature of 33 degrees Celsius.
02:53We expect a temperature of 32 degrees Celsius in Puerto Princesa,
02:58as well as in the surrounding cities of Visayas, Iloilo, Cebu, and Tacloban.
03:04We also expect a maximum temperature of 32 degrees Celsius here in Cagayan de Oro,
03:0924 to 33 degrees Celsius for Metro Davao, and 25 to 33 degrees Celsius for Zamboanga.
03:18As for the condition of our seas, we do not have a gale warning that is higher than any other country in the world.
03:24It is allowed up to the level of the waves that can be experienced in our seas.
03:28Our fellow countrymen are free to plan to sail.
