00:00A bakery in Quezon City will be giving away free pandesal as a gift to World Pandesal Day today.
00:07Vel Custodio in Detallia Live, Rise and Shine Vel.
00:13Rise and Shine Dayan, today is the 10th anniversary of World Pandesal Day.
00:19That's why pandesal will be distributed to the nearby barangays here in Quezon City.
00:30Around 100,000 pieces of pandesal will be given away by Kamuning Bakery Cafe later this morning at 9am.
00:36And because there's no hard bread in hot coffee,
00:40the bakery is hoping to distribute the pandesal to other products such as coffee, cheese, ham, sardinas, fruit jam and juice.
00:50The Kamuning Bakery Cafe will also distribute pandesal and other foods to the orphanages from tomorrow until the end of the week.
00:59Later at 10am, Senator Aimee Marcos and former Senator Ping Lackson will arrive at the Pandesal Forum.
01:06There will be an open session to discuss socio-economic and political issues in the country.
01:12Senator Aimee is also hoping to distribute nutribans at the forum.
01:20Dayan, the Kamuning Bakery Cafe is open and many are already waiting outside for the free pandesal.
