(Adnkronos) - Il piazzale del Rettorato dell’università Tor Vergata di Roma ha fatto da cornice alla diciassettesima edizione del career day Campus&Leaders&Talents, organizzato dall’ateneo in collaborazione con l’Ufficio Laureati Desk-Imprese di Economia e l’Associazione ALET. Un appuntamento finalizzato a costruire un dialogo diretto con le realtà industriali, per far convergere le necessità dei giovani con le richieste da parte delle aziende, anche attraverso la presentazione dei curriculum vitae e veri e propri colloqui di lavoro.

00:14It is the Career Day Campus and Leaders and Talents, reached the 17th edition, organized by the University of Torvergata, in collaboration with the Graduate Office, the Economic Business Desk and the ALET Association.
00:27The initiative, held in the square of the Rectorate of the Ateneo, offers the opportunity to companies to meet students, graduates of all faculties in their personal stand and is also addressed to those who are not enrolled at the University of Torvergata.
00:43Our goal is to always promote the greatest possible contact between companies and our young people, or young people who study during the university course.
00:53This year we received more than 900 registrations on the portal, so it was a great success, the numbers are certainly an increase compared to past editions, and the goal is always to promote the relationship between companies and students.
01:05So we tried to organize the event by promoting this type of interaction as much as possible.
01:10It is a relationship that must be cultivated already during the training period, during the university course, conventions mature, experiences mature, and you have the desire to know better what you are going to do in the world of business,
01:23especially what companies are looking for and what companies will allow to do once they embark on a path within their own structures. And under this profile, I believe that events like this promote this type of interaction to the best.
01:36The event consolidates its purpose of becoming an appointment aimed at building a direct dialogue with the industrial realities, to make the needs of young people converge with the requests from companies, also through real work meetings.
01:52We have a service that allows us to collect information about the participants before they register, so before they arrive here, and to organize interviews with companies.
02:06So today is really an operational moment, the guys have set up some points here in our wonderful Rectorate, where the guys will be able to support directly the dialogues with companies and therefore move directly the first step into the world of work.
02:23This year we have also enriched the event with a stand that presents the training offer of the Rectorate, imagining also to address students who, perhaps at the end of the three-year course, in a single place, can try to understand what is in the world of work, what are the opportunities already for a three-year degree, or what are the paths of the Rectorate that can then lead them to embark on their favorite path in the world of work,
02:50having the opportunity to ask companies what are the major breakthroughs that they are most interested in, and then take information directly on that course that interests them.
