00:00What's up guys today we're going to be talking about some of the best smartphones with the snapdragon 865 chip
00:05So these older flagship phones, I think are excellent to pick up to use for years to come
00:11And they're at a really great prices right now
00:13So let's go ahead and get started with one of my favorite phones the lgb 60 this phone got the android 12 update recently
00:20And it's just been super smooth
00:23Since then i'm going to make an updated video about that
00:26But the price on this phone it still sits easily well under 300 you can find it
00:32And it's just an awesome buy. It's got an aluminum frame glass back. It's ip68 dust and water resistant as well, too
00:39You also have a p oled display at hdr10 plus it's 6.8 inches. So it's a very big phone at 1080p
00:47395 for the ppi
00:49So you also have dual screen case capability with the v60 as well
00:53So if you wanted to add that case on, uh, it's like extra 100 bucks on ebay, but it's definitely well worth it
00:59If you're somebody that likes, uh to do true multitasking
01:03Um, if not, then it's definitely fine as a standalone phone
01:07Uh, but the android 12 update like I said super smooth on here snapdragon 865 chip adreno
01:13660 on here and it is just a blazing fast phone now
01:17Um gaming on here is still very good. I did a gaming test recently you guys can check out
01:23I think the only gaming kind of struggle with was fortnite
01:27But everything else was running very very smoothly
01:30Um, so you do have micro sd card support 128 gigs of internal storage and 8 gigs of ram on here
01:36Which is very nice because a lot of flagships or a lot of the newer flagships don't have sd card support anymore
01:43This phone also has pretty phenomenal
01:45Stereo speakers on here great bass quality great
01:49You know audio quality from the top speaker as well, too
01:53And also another highlight with the v60 is for a diehard
01:57Music lovers you do have a headphone jack with a quad deck
02:00So if you have a really good pair of headphones, you can get some really amazing sounding audio out of the v60
02:07As well, too
02:08So it's definitely one of those full featured flagships for a very cheap price that I think you guys

02:17And um, you do have nfc on here. The fingerprint scanner is under the display
02:22It's not the fastest. It is a little bit faster with the android 12 update to me
02:26Um, but it does work 100% of the time. I don't have an issue with it
02:30Now you do have in my opinion very good camera setup and also a really good manual mode on the v60
02:36A 64 megapixel standard with a 13 megapixel ultra wide
02:40You guys have a 0.3 depth sensor it shoots an 8k 30 and then you have a 10 megapixel selfie cam that shoots in 4k 30
02:47Overall image quality. I think it's still pretty good on the v60
02:52Especially like I said that manual mode
02:54Uh, it's really nice on here
02:56And then you know, the ultra wide is pretty close to the main lens. The main lens gives off some pretty natural colors
03:03Overall, I think it's a pretty good camera
03:05So the battery life is also another highlight excellent battery life on the v60
03:09It's a 5000 milliamp battery with wireless charging as well, too
03:13You can easily squeeze around
03:15Six to seven hours of screen on time out of this phone. Also. This phone has excellent standby time as well, too
03:22Um, so yeah, so the v60 definitely a great phone to consider next to the samsung galaxy s20 fe 5g
03:29So this phone is really awesome as well, too
03:31This phone typically is still going for close to 400 to 350 bucks
03:36Uh, this is a really great phone if you are a samsung fan
03:40So this one does have an aluminum frame. It has a plastic back, but it does not feel cheap at all to me
03:46I think it's still very well built. It's ip68 dust and water resistant. This one has the super amoled 120 hertz display
03:53So it's a very smooth very fast display
03:56Out of hdr 10 plus at 6.5 inches. It's 1080p and 407 for the ppi
04:03Overall, it's a very good display has a small little punch hole
04:06Uh in the middle and it's a completely flat display as well, too
04:10So I really like the display on here now
04:13The thing about this phone is that it got the android 12 update when you are 4.1
04:17And it's been blazing fast since that update if you guys want to check out those features. I have tons of videos on
04:23Uh it and um, yeah, so this phone just got faster the snapdragon 865 chip on here
04:29It's just blazing fast on here. Uh, dreno 650
04:33Is on board so your gaming performance is going to be pretty good on here as well, too
04:36I was able to play pretty much most games at high settings. This phone also retains the sd card support
04:43Which is really sweet
04:44You also have 128 gigs of internal storage 6 or 8 gigs of ram depending on your configuration
04:50this phone also
04:52Gets rid of the headphone jack. Um, but
04:55You do have really nice sounding stereo speakers on here as well, too
04:59They're tuned by akg. They actually sound pretty solid
05:02This phone has nfc the under the display fingerprint sensor is pretty fast on here as well, too
05:08And they even throw in the samsung desktop support, uh on this phone as well, too, which is really sweet
05:14Uh now this phone actually still has really good cameras
05:18It's got a 12 megapixel standard and an 8 megapixel telephoto that does 3x optical zoom and then a 12 megapixel ultrawide
05:25That does 4k 60 in addition to that. It has a 32 megapixel selfie cam that shoots in 4k 60
05:31I'm always impressed with the image quality that this phone is able to produce
05:36Even though it doesn't have these super high resolution cameras
05:39I think that anybody would snap a photo with this phone and they'd be pretty impressed with detail with the color
05:46Low light shots are also pretty decent on here video is pretty solid
05:50So I really do like the cameras on the s20 fe. I think they're pretty solid
05:55Battery life is also pretty good on here. It's a 4500 milliamp battery
05:5925 watt charging with reverse wireless charging at 4.5 watts and then wireless charging at 15 watts
06:06This is a phone that can easily go for six hours of screen on time as well, too
06:10Um, so overall this is a very good buy considering that uh, it's at a pretty good price right now
06:15Next is going to be the one plus eight
06:17This is a very impressive phone and I would say the best gaming phone on the list
06:21Uh surprisingly because I guess one plus optimization. It just plays everything at very high settings fortnight 90 frames
06:28Call of duty 90 frames plays everything at 90 frames
06:31Um this phone design wise it still looks pretty good
06:34Um looks like the my seven pro that I love so much as aluminum frame
06:39A glass back on here. Uh, it's a fluid amoled display at 90 hertz
06:43It's hdr 10 plus at 6.5 inches. It's 1080p panel 402 for the ppi overall. It's a really nice panel
06:51It's got a slight curve to it. Um, I love the colors that this panel produces
06:55It's got the punch hole on the left hand side overall very good panel here
06:59Uh, I think another highlight with this phone is that this phone is going to be upgradable to android 12 with the oxygen os 12
07:07Um and oxygen os has always been very clean very fast for me
07:11You also have the snapdragon 865 chip with the adreno 650
07:16As well on here and gaming performance in my opinion. I think this phone is does an excellent job with gaming
07:21Uh, the only thing about this phone is there's no sd card support
07:25Uh, which sucks but you do have 128 gigs of internal storage and 6 gigs of ram
07:30I just wish this phone had sd card support now
07:32My version is 8 gigs of ram
07:34I think majority of the versions online are going to be 8 gigs of ram
07:38But just make sure to you know, pay attention to that
07:41You also have stereo speakers, which sound pretty good. No headphone jack on here
07:46This phone does have nfc the fingerprint scanner is extremely fast on here
07:50Which is one thing that I love now the cameras on here the cameras are okay
07:55I don't think that this has the best cameras on the list at all
07:58I would say and I think it has the worst cameras and as you can see from the shots
08:02They're not bad at all. But compared to the v60 compared to the
08:07You know samsung phones. I would not pick this. Um over those phones
08:12So it's got a 48 megapixel standard a 16 megapixel ultra wide a 2 megapixel macro, which is trash
08:18And then you have 4k 60 video and then a 16 megapixel
08:22A selfie cam that shoots in 1080p 30. Now image quality is it's pretty good
08:28It's just the coloring is always kind of off with this phone
08:31Um, so you have to do a lot of color correction
08:34Um, but in general it does take it will take pretty good shots. I think for the average person
08:39I'm, just saying if you're really want the best camera, I wouldn't go for this one
08:44Um, so this phone also has pretty good battery life 4300 milliamp battery and very good charging speed at 30 watts
08:51Which is something that I love but this phone does lack wireless charging as well, too
08:55So I personally really love this phone for the gaming experience and octogen os
09:00All right. So next is the rog phone 3. So this is an excellent phone. It's a very niche phone for gamers
09:06So if you're not, you know, really into gaming like that, then I would go with another phone on this list
09:12Uh, one is that the design on here is absolutely awesome
09:16It's got the rgb lights on the back. Um, and it just go great with your gaming setup
09:22Um, you know, so if you care about that type of stuff, but you have aluminum frame on here. It's just a really nice
09:29Uh looking phone in my opinion. You have the pressure sensitive zones on here or the gaming triggers, which they're like, um
09:36You can think of them as like touch buttons on the phone, which I wasn't a huge fan of they're okay
09:42But if you're a gamer, you might like it
09:43What I was really impressed with is this phone has an amoled 144 hertz display
09:49And it is it feels extremely instant
09:52Extremely fast. I love the display on here. You're gonna really love that for gaming. It's hdr 10 plus
09:58It's at 6.59 inches
10:00Uh, it's 1080p 391 for the ppi one of my issues with this phone is that asus is really slow with updates
10:08Um, which I hate
10:09Um, so this phone got android 11 like super super slow
10:13And um, it's got probably android 12 very slow
10:16You do have the snapdragon 865 chip plus on here and then the adreno 650
10:22This phone is going to be excellent for gaming. It maxes pretty much everything out
10:25It's just really really smooth asus has a ton of optimizations that you can do and stuff like that
10:32Um, it's just really nice now
10:33My only thing with this phone is there's no sd card support which is odd to me for a gaming phone
10:38You'd have 128 gigs of internal storage and 8 or 12 gigs of ram. You also have
10:44Amazing sounding speakers some of the best speakers that I've personally heard
10:48Uh to this day, they're front-facing speakers. They're two dedicated amplifiers and they sound absolutely nuts
10:55So just excellent sounding speakers tons of bass super loud
10:59It is a great experience, especially for watching movies or gaming. Uh, no headphone jack
11:04Unfortunately nfc is on board the fingerprint scanner is very fast
11:09Also another highlight with this phone a 6000 milliamp battery 30 watt fast charging
11:15This phone is impossible to kill in a day. It is
11:18Crazy good for battery life as well, too
11:21You can actually use it as like a power brick as well too to charge other devices
11:25Um, it is just straight up excellent for battery life
11:28The cameras are probably the worst thing about this phone it's a 64 megapixel standard 13 megapixel ultra wide
11:345 megapixel macro 8k video 24 megapixel selfie that shoots in 1080p 30
11:41It's okay. The images are just okay, especially compared to all the other phones
11:46you can tell that they weren't really worried about the
11:49Cameras or they kind of you know glossed over it
11:52Um, which makes sense because it's a gaming phone and not a lot of people are going to care
11:57All right guys last is the galaxy s20 ultra
11:59This is another awesome phone coming in at around roughly 350 bucks. I absolutely love this phone the design on here
12:06It's a little plain, uh looking but uh, I still kind of like the design. It feels extremely comfortable
12:11It's got an aluminum frame glass back ip68
12:14A dust and water resistant this has a pretty massive display at 6.9 inches
12:18It's dynamic amoled 120 hertz, but only at 1080p and it's hdr10 plus 1400 nits peak brightness
12:26It is a 1440p display with 511 for the ppi
12:29So it is a very sharp display and it's just a very awesome display and it's not as
12:35Uh boxy as a galaxy
12:37S 22 ultra or a note phone. So that's something that you might like
12:41This phone did get his last major os update with the android 13 when ui 5
12:46And it will be getting security patches for the next three years
12:49It has the snapdragon 865 chip on here, which I think is a highlight with this phone
12:53Not only can it play pubg at 90 frames, which pretty much the all the other galaxy smartphones cannot
13:00But this phone is pretty efficient when it comes to heat the a65 chip is actually a very sweet
13:06Chip when it comes to not heating up your phone like the 8 gen series
13:10Also, you have micro sd card support 128 gigs of internal storage and 12 gigs in round for the base model
13:16The stereo speakers are pretty decent
13:18On here fairly loud you also get all the bells and whistles as far as the under the display fingerprint sensor
13:24Samsung desktop support reverse wireless charging and this has a crazy camera setup still it's still pretty good
13:31Even though this phone when it first came out had some bad focusing issues and stuff like that with the new update
13:37A lot of those problems have been fixed
13:40You have 108 megapixel standard 48 megapixel periscope telephoto does 4x and you have a 10x hybrid zoom
13:46With a 12 megapixel ultra wide and you also can do 50 times hybrid zoom and then it also has a 0.3 depth sensor
13:53You can shoot an 8k 24 and then a 40 megapixel selfie that shoots in 4k 60 image quality
14:00Is very good on here as you guys can see from the stills tons of detail pretty good zoom
14:05Quality with this phone as well, too, especially for the price getting 8k and 4k 60 on the front
14:11It's just overall I think a pretty good
14:13Camera for the price that you're paying. I think it beats a lot of mid-range phones even still today
14:18Battery life is also pretty good on this phone. It's pretty standard though
14:22You get you know, basically around six hours screen on time. It's got a 5000 milliamp battery
14:27Charge is fairly decently fast with a 45 watt
14:30Charging and then like I said, you have wireless and reverse wireless
14:34So overall the s22 ultra is a fairly solid phone. So be sure to let me know. What do you guys think?
