00:00A doubleheader of Monday night football for the third week in
00:06the last four to end out another week in the NFL. Week
00:10seven comes to a close tonight with two games. DRS, we had a
00:14couple of early starts in the first two Monday night football
00:17doubleheaders of this season. It's a little bit later of a
00:21start tonight. A regularly scheduled game that begins at
00:25around 815 PM Eastern Time in Tampa between the Buck and
00:29ears and the Ravens in one out in the desert in Arizona that
00:33will kick a little bit after 9 PM Eastern. Let's start with
00:37that first one between the Buccaneers and the Ravens in
00:41this matchup. Baltimore on a four game win streak after a
00:45witness. Owen to start is a three and a half point road
00:48favorite against the Bucks. Total 49 and a half. Donnie,
00:52what are your early thoughts for this game to kick off the
00:55doubleheader of Monday night football? A lot of respect for
00:58the Baltimore Ravens going on the road in favor by three and
01:01a half points. So we'll start there. But I do think we're
01:03finally starting to kick in what makes the Ravens such a dominant
01:06team and why I think they have a legitimate chance to win the
01:08AFC championship and head to a Super Bowl. Yes, they blew the
01:11game against Vegas to drop the Owen to 26 to 23 unacceptable
01:15beat the Dallas Cowboys 2825. Don't look at that score. That
01:18was a blowout victory beat the Buffalo Bills down 35 to 10 an
01:22absolute bust. Then you saw them come back in since then a wild
01:25one. But then also Washington last week. Hey, beat a rookie
01:28quarterback. Washington looks like they're a pretty good
01:30offensive machine. They beat them by a touchdown. So we'll
01:32start right there at this point for me. The Baltimore Ravens are
01:35the better football team. If I think they win and I do, I'll be
01:38willing to lay the three and a half. We'll go into some other
01:40things outside of that. But I initial thoughts are let's move
01:43it towards the Ravens. I like the Ravens this year and no
01:45surprise for straight wins looking for five in a row.
01:48Closing number on FanDuel six and a half consensus in the
01:52marketplace 740 week ago and that Ravens matchup against the
01:56commander. So in this four-game win streak, either they have
01:59covered in all four or their 301 against the number. Donnie, the
02:04flock has gone over in five of six games. This year. We'll talk
02:08about the point total in just a moment, but I do want to
02:11highlight Tampa a football team that is a winning football team
02:15at this moment. Also with a four and two record. It is the best
02:20record currently in the NFC South and the Buccaneers have
02:24been an underdog twice this season or three times. Rather,
02:27they have won outright in two and in a game where they really
02:31coughed up an opportunity in overtime against the Falcons.
02:34They were unable to cover that game, but a team as a dog that
02:39is now 11 and five against the spread with Baker Mayfield added
02:43starting quarterback eight of those 11 covers in outright
02:48victory. I actually think the Buccaneers keep this game within
02:52margin. I think it's close. I think it's a really good one on
02:55this Monday night in Tampa. So let's talk the offensive
02:59production total at 49 and a half as we shared the flock over
03:04in five of six games this year. Not many better than the Ravens
03:08defending the run. Not anybody worse in the NFL than Baltimore
03:12defending the past the worst passing defense in the National
03:16Football League. Just how many points do we see tonight?
03:19Yeah, I think we do get a chance to see that 49 and a half go
03:22over. Here's the one thing I'm leery about. If we had a full
03:25go Tampa Bay team, you say, you know what they should be able
03:28to get after that secondary for the Ravens, but that one key
03:30injury Mike Evans popping up on that injury report with that
03:33hamstring and struggling with this week missing some practices
03:35that can go at any point which means it's going to be up to
03:37Chris Godwin to sort of change the game and not have his
03:40counterpart on the other side. I do think that will hurt coming
03:43in from a Baltimore perspective. They're coming in relatively
03:45healthy and also the reemergence back in of Mark Andrews,
03:48which is such a big part of their double tight end sets along
03:51with Isaiah likely, but if you just continue to use the formula
03:54that has gotten here over the past four weeks, let Lamar
03:56Jackson spend it about twenty twenty to five times a game.
03:59Let him run about seven to eight times a game. Give it off
04:02to Derrick Henry. Everything opens up in your passing game
04:05and your running game and the entire playbook would be available
04:07to you there. That's the way I'm going to operate at this
04:09one. I'm not so sure how much that Buccaneers team can slow
04:12this football team down. Also, when you look at some of the
04:14games that the Bucs played inexplicable losses, the Denver
04:1726 to 7. Yes, you beat the Philadelphia Eagles, but let's
04:19remember the Philadelphia Eagles with no wide receivers in
04:22that game to think of heading into their bye week the next
04:24week. They got slaughtered and didn't even show up and I do
04:27give them credit because they did beat Detroit Lions on the
04:29road. But if you remember Ben, that's the game where the Lions
04:31repeatedly went down the field and just couldn't score touchdowns
04:34in the red zone going one for seven. So there are some
04:36opportunities to score some points here. And what do we love
04:39about Baker Mayfield? Also, he's a big game player, which means
04:42if he runs, if excuse me, the plays there from the run, he
04:44will do that. But more importantly, if it's double coverage
04:47to make a big play, he'll throw it. If it's double coverage to
04:49get an interception to turn the tide, he'll do that too. The
04:52Saints couldn't get out of their own way for so many times
04:54here with Spencer Rattler the past two weeks. We see that
04:56final score 51 to 27 with a Spencer Rattler started game
05:00for New Orleans. There's a chance that this game can really
05:02get high scoring and it depends on what Baker Mayfield wants
05:04to do. Touchdown passes and interceptions. Yeah, this game
05:07goes over.
05:12Yeah.
