00:00Thank you very much. You brought Sam and Dwayne in and they were vital to that early start, weren't they?
00:05They were good. I thought Sam before Sam went off, he was probably involved in all our best moments in terms of chances created, so I'm really pleased with him.
00:14Mads came on and probably did the same then, so that's great. Dwayne, yeah, because we changed the way we wanted to play, we knew when we wanted to defend narrow and central areas,
00:26and when we wanted to run the ball, we had to be a threatening counter. Dwayne's one of the best players at that. Fortunately for us, he got the goal, but there's no doubt that style really suits him, so those were quite easy decisions.
00:41Was it an interesting one to prepare for tactically? You seemed really impressed with what Norwich were doing.
00:46It was, only because I don't ever want to be passive. We could have easily been 5-3-2 or in possession and that goes to our three-diamond-three, which we like to do.
01:01But without the ball, we would have been sat in like we were the last 15 minutes of the first half, and I just don't like watching that. It's not for me. So, when you want to change and be more aggressive, my dilemma is before the game when you're preparing, what do you change to?
01:17Because you don't want to come off your path, you don't want to come off what you are, so how does this shape be really aggressive still against that? So all we did was just make it slightly lopsided without the ball.
01:27Did you not want to make, obviously you didn't, but only two subs tonight, was it a game you didn't want to change and tinker with too much?
01:32Well, because we would have, if we were still a 4-4-2, say without possession, all of a sudden Jeppie and Josh come right into it, but because they'd gone to wing-backs, and we'd gone to wing-backs, all of a sudden it's less suited for them.
01:46I was going to bring Ryan on with Steffie, but then thought against that and just wanted to keep that sub back.
01:53Is it a tactic to change which way you kick at the start of games? You've done it, I think, for the last...
01:57That's probably them winning the toss.
01:59Is it? Three in a row? Away at Burnley's all night?
02:02Yeah, if you see teams change, it's always the away team winning the toss.
02:06Plymouth, if you can win there, that's a great week, isn't it? Obviously it's going to be a big challenge.
02:10Yeah, their home form, if you look at them, traditionally they've been good at home, this season again they're picking up all the points at home.
02:17Yeah, we know, it's almost like, if you're preparing for Plymouth, just watch all home games, if you're playing for Plymouth, if you're playing them away, they're a totally different proposition at their place.
02:27Yeah, we know that, we know it's going to be a tough game.
