00:00Longer term, I know we've spoken about this a bit, but what system do you see going forward with longer term, is it similar to what you're doing now?
00:07With the ball, without the ball? With the ball, yeah, 100% similar. Without the ball, it may change depending on what personnel we've got on the team, yeah.
00:18I was thinking more shape, do you think wing-backs, because you've preferred wing-backs to wingers, have you?
00:23I'd rather have wingers. We've had this conversation, Kane for example, people said he didn't have his best game the other night, he made mistakes with the ball, but he kept their best player quiet and there's still a threat going the other way.
00:36That's one player, that's one player on our team, keeping their right winger quiet and still being a threat going the other way, that takes a lot of doing, you know?
00:44So when you've got players who can do that, that's ideal, that's ideal, so he played left-back for us the other night, there's still a threat going the other way.
00:51So yeah, you won't love that, and then if you have wingers who are productive, you can play them in front or on the other side and still get the same balance we have with the ball.
01:00So yeah, always looking, pushing, it'll always be about output and what players are producing, that's it.
01:05Is the current squad suited to playing with wingers or do you need reinforcements maybe elsewhere to allow you to play that way?
01:12No, so we're looting at home, we play with wing-backs, then after that Sam played as a wide player at Oxford, Jeppie played as a wide player at Borough, then it was Josh's turn.
01:26The cup games we've done it with the wingers, and that's one winger on one side, so you still get into the same shape.
01:34But again, it's about being productive, and when we've not been performing, you've got to change the team and put other players in.
01:42That's my job, to put the most competitive team out, and at the minute, the last few games, it's been without a winger in.
