00:15Ma'am, what you can see behind me is the so-called Gukab Overflow Bridge.

00:21It's here in Etiague, Isabela.

00:24You won't be able to see the river because it's already flooded.

00:37It has a measurement. I can see that the river is already 45 to 46 feet deep.

00:48It says it's going to overflow.

00:50It's said that the river is still in danger.

00:53In the update we received from Etiague DRRMO, three overflow bridges have already flooded the river today.

01:02Nara, Anafunan, and Gukab.

01:06Even though it's only possible to cross the Nara Overflow Bridge this afternoon,

01:11Anafunan and Gukab will still not be able to cross this morning.

01:19A family with five members had to be evacuated because a creek in Villa Rey was flooded.

01:28But 65 evacuation centers are ready in the whole town of Etiague, in the province of Isabela.

01:37The town of Etiague, Isabela, is expecting that this typhoon will pass.

01:45That's why all the officials from the municipality and the barangay are here.

01:52Earlier, we saw some barangay officials here watching.

01:56They are here to help their constituents.

02:04If this typhoon doesn't pass, the typhoon could pass through Etiague, Isabela.
