00:00Good morning. Welcome to Zambuanga City and Tabanga.

00:07In the morning, canned goods, noodles, and food supplies affected families due to the flood.

00:13Due to the effects of Hurricane Christina,

00:15the main concern of the family is the three-month-old baby who died in the dark of the night.

00:24According to the report of the Emergency Operations Center,

00:2726 families were evacuated from several houses in Patalon.

00:34Five individuals were evacuated according to the landslide in Kilometer 15, Barangay La Paz.

00:40It is said that the Zambuanga City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office

00:46in Matagbarangay is working hard to ensure the safety of the affected residents.

00:53Individuals who died in Kapubrihon were also buried in Davao City.

00:57It was decided to observe the 30th International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.

01:03The President of the National Anti-Poverty Commission, NAPC,

01:07and the local government of Davao, the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor,

01:12and the PCUP Field Operations Division in Mindanao,

01:15were also involved in the evacuation.

01:17It was also included in the so-called Commemorative Stone of Life,

01:22which is a replica of the original stone marker found in Paris, France,

01:27for those who died in Kapubrihon.

01:31It is now located in Barangay Leon Garcia Sr. in Agdao District, Davao City.

01:35This is an activity organized by the Government Agencies SAB

01:38to distribute services to the community.

01:44Each year, this day renews our collective commitment to ending poverty

01:51and promoting a life lived in dignity for those who are affected.

01:56It reminds us of the urgent need to assist individuals

02:01facing a chronic lack of access to basic necessities

02:05such as food, shelter, employment, healthcare, and education.
