00:29What that means in this particular case is that we're going to recommend to the court

00:43for murder, which because there are two murders involved, there will be 50 years to life.
00:49However, because of their age under the law, since they were under 26 years of age
00:55at the time that these crimes occurred, they will be eligible for parole immediately.
