00:00Good morning from the Pag-asa Weather Forecasting Center.

00:05This is our update on the weather for the next 24 hours.

00:10At the moment, we are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or any bad weather

00:15inside and outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility that could affect our country in the next few days.

00:22The easterly winds from the Pacific Ocean are blowing here in the northern part of Luzon and Visayas.

00:33We can see here in our latest satellite images that only a thin cloud is affecting a large part of our country.

00:41This means that the fair weather conditions that we are expecting here in Metro Manila and most of the country,

00:47the chances of sudden and quick rainfall due to localized thunderstorms are still possible, especially in the afternoon and evening.

00:57This is the time that we will set for Luzon today.

01:02For Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, we expect that this cloudy part will continue

01:07until the rain will subside.

01:09This will be accompanied by heavy rains that will cause flooding and flooding, especially here in the eastern section.

01:15This is a good sign for the easterlies.

01:17The maximum temperature forecast for Lauag today is possible to reach 32 degrees Celsius.

01:23It is 33 degrees here in the area of Tugagarao and 22 degrees Celsius in Baguio City.

02:10The maximum temperature forecast for Cagayan de Oro today is possible to reach 33 degrees Celsius.

02:16It is 34 degrees here in the area of Davao and 34 degrees Celsius in the area of Zamboanga.

02:22In terms of our ocean, there are currently no high gale warnings in any of our islands.

02:27And it is expected that the waves will be strong in a large part of our country.

02:33However, we are still prepared because if we have offshore thunderstorm activity,

02:38which are the rains in our coastal areas,

02:41we expect that the strong winds will affect the upper part of our islands.

02:51Starting tomorrow, Sunday to Monday, November 3 to 4,

02:56because of the Easterly, we expect a high chance of rain in the eastern Visayas.

03:03And when Tuesday comes, November 5, the effect of Easterly will increase.

03:08We will experience a high chance of rain in the Bicol region.

03:14And because of the shoreline or the hot and cold winds,

03:18we expect a high chance of rain in the area of Cagayan Valley when Tuesday comes next week.
