00:00Good morning to all of us.
00:02This is our first typhoon in the month of November.
00:06Typhoon Marseille is what we are watching and it is inside our Philippine Area of Responsibility.
00:14At the moment, the typhoon Marseille is in the East Philippine Sea.
00:18It is a tropical storm where the wind strength reaches 65 km per hour.
00:25This is close to the middle of the typhoon.

00:32At the moment, the distance of the center of the typhoon is 935 km east of Eastern Visayas.
00:41At the moment, the typhoon has no direct effect in the country.
00:46However, the extension of the typhoon or what we call the trough of the typhoon reaches the eastern part of Luzon and also the eastern part of Visayas.
00:59At the moment, the part that is cloudy is expected to be cloudy until the sky is cloudy with isolated rain or thunderstorm.
01:11This typhoon is expected to move in the direction of west-northwest or near the earth and may hit the extreme northern Luzon.
01:23In the forecast track of the typhoon Marseille, you will notice that the typhoon is expected to be strong while the East Philippine Sea is moving.
01:33The typhoon may reach the typhoon category before hitting the earth.
01:42You will notice the cone of probability, especially in this part.
01:48At the moment, the forecast track of the typhoon is expected to hit the center of the typhoon or pass through the Baboyan Islands.
01:57However, we are not saying that it is possible for the typhoon track to deviate to the east or south within the cone of probability.
02:13In other words, it is possible for the typhoon to pass through the center of the typhoon in the extreme northern Luzon or in the Cagayan or Isabela area.
02:23So, let us remind our countrymen that while the typhoon is still far away, we are already prepared.
02:30And we are issuing the Tropicus Cyclone Bulletin regarding the development of the typhoon Marseille.
02:41At the moment, there is no sign of a Tropicus Cyclone in our country.
02:47However, we are expecting a strong wind today.
