00:00Good morning to all. Today is November 24, 2024 and we have an update on the weather forecast for the next 24 hours.
00:10North-East monsoon is still raging here in the extreme northern zone where the sky is still cloudy and there are rains in the Batanes and Cagayan areas.
00:23Meanwhile, the Intertropical Conversion Zone or ITCZ is affected here in Mindanao where it will bring a high chance of rain, lightning and thunderstorms, especially in the eastern part of Mindanao.
00:38So be careful for our countrymen in the possibility of floods and landslides.
00:44Meanwhile, in the northern part of our country, we will still experience isolated or sudden and quick rains, lightning and thunderstorms.
00:57At the moment, we are not monitoring or observing any typhoons or low-pressure areas that could affect our country.
01:06At this time of the week, the sky is cloudy and we may experience light to moderate rains in the Batanes and Cagayan areas.
01:20Meanwhile, in the afternoon and evening, there will be a high chance of rain in the Isabela area.
01:27Meanwhile, in the northern part of Luzon, including Metro Manila, there will be a high chance of rain until the sky is cloudy or generally, we will experience a fair weather condition.
01:39But we still have the possibility of isolated or sudden and quick rains, lightning and landslides, especially localized thunderstorms.
01:50Our regional offices are still issuing thunderstorm advisories or warnings regarding these rains.
01:57The temperature in Metro Manila is from 23 to 33 degrees Celsius.
02:04Meanwhile, in the Visayas and Mindanao areas,
02:07Today, the areas of Caraga and Davao, Luzon, will experience a cloudy sky and a high chance of lightning and landslides,
02:16including the ITCZ.
02:19So again, be careful for our countrymen there in the possibility of floods and landslides.
02:25Meanwhile, in the entire Visayas, even in the Palawan and other parts of Mindanao,
02:32we will still experience isolated or sudden rains.
02:36Lightning and landslides, especially in the afternoon and night,
02:40landslides, ITCZ, and localized thunderstorms.
02:44And during severe thunderstorms, these rains are still possible until heavy rains,
02:51which can cause floods and landslides.
02:54So be careful for our countrymen.
02:57The temperature in Cebu is from 27 to 31 degrees Celsius.
03:01And in Davao, it is 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.
03:06And subsequently, because of the Northeast Monsoon or AMIHAN,
03:10we have a high gale warning.
03:12In Bagatbaybayin, Batanes, the northern portion of Cagayan,
