00:00Pag-ibig Fund announced that they are open to accepting applications for housing and calamity loan for those affected by the recent typhoon.

00:14Merlita's house in Old Sorra, Quezon City is one of those that were affected by the recent typhoon.

00:21Because of this, some parts of their homes were damaged.

00:26The shop of the village was also submerged in water, which is the main source of income.

00:46Merlita is only one of the Pag-ibig Fund members who will benefit from the Calamity Loan of Pag-ibig Fund.

00:53The agency announced that they are open to accepting applications for housing and calamity loan for those affected by the recent typhoon.

01:02More than 400,000 individuals who were victims of calamity this year were helped by the agency

01:09through almost 6 billion pesos from Pag-ibig Calamity Loan.

01:14We have a one-month moratorium available for housing loan for those affected by this typhoon.

01:20So if a property of a member was damaged because of the help of Pag-ibig Housing Loan,

01:28there is an insurance from the Director-Emperor, Sir Bian, to help him pay for it.

01:34At present, Pag-ibig Fund has more than 16 million active members.

01:38More than 80 billion pesos is the value of the housing loan that was released to more than 60,000 members.

01:45Pag-ibig Fund members received more than P100 billion pesos while net income was almost P40 billion pesos.

01:52Pag-ibig Fund's total assets amounted to more than P1 trillion pesos.

02:09Pag-ibig Fund continues to support the government's flagship program,

02:13the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pamilyang Pilipino Housing or PPH Program.

02:18The agency also encourages the public to continue to support their programs.
