00:00The Philippine National Police, or PNP, is assisting residents affected by typhoons with
00:05nearly 5,000 personnel deployed in regions at risk.
00:11Pre-emptive evacuations have started in Region 2, and forced evacuations may follow if needed.
00:17Nearly 9,000 families, or over 30,000 individuals, have been evacuated to over 200 centers.
00:24The PNP is also on heightened alert, with 3,500 additional personnel ready to assist.
