00:00Well, if you're anything like me, you are already looking forward to Thanksgiving.
00:04And that means not only the food and the family, but it also means for a lot, 80 million travelers,
00:10the road and air conditions.
00:11So let's get right into the latest here.
00:13Here's the overall pattern set up that we have forecast for next week.
00:17Across the Northern Plains, we're going to see some January-like cold weather in the
00:20forecast.
00:21Across the West, overall, we're going to stay dry.
00:23So good weather over there.
00:25Now across the Southeast, we're actually going to see a warming trend.
00:28However, across the Southern Plains, the Midwest, the Great Lakes, and into the Northeast,
00:33we could see some wet weather, including some snow chances that could slow down or delay
00:39some of those travel plans.
00:40Let's take a look at the latest.
00:41This is our travel delay forecast here.
00:43This is before Thanksgiving, Tuesday and Wednesday, the two busiest travel days of the year for
00:50some areas.
00:51And you can see right there, that same area from the Southern Plains, Texas, Oklahoma,
00:55through the Midwest into the Northeast.
00:57This area right here, highlighted in red, is where we could see some travel disruptions
01:01for some areas.
01:02So heads up, as we head throughout the next couple of days, we could see some wet weather
01:06slowing things down for Tuesday and Wednesday here as we head into next week and on Thanksgiving.
01:13So how hot is it going to be?
01:14How warm is it going to be?
01:15How cold is it going to be here for your Thanksgiving forecast?
01:17Well, here's an updated look at your temperature and weather forecast here for Thanksgiving.
01:23You can see across the Northern Plains into the Pacific Northwest, very cold weather.
01:27Billings only getting up to 26 degrees.
01:30It'll be freezing in Minneapolis, but as you head off to the South, pretty much anywhere
01:33South of Dallas, that's where we're going to see temperatures warming up.
01:36And yes, even Miami, 85 degrees there for Thanksgiving afternoon.
01:41So the pattern on Thanksgiving Day, if we do see any rainfall, it looks like it's going
01:44to stay off to the East, across the East Coast into the Southeast.
