00:00So, in a really cool situation, you guys won before you performed tonight, so that was pretty cool.
00:05I saw you earlier when you got the news. How was it earlier, man?
00:08It was great, man. The pressure's off once you know you won, you know.
00:11And it's such a fun song to perform live. It was cool to be able to do it at the award show.
00:15Yeah. How was it on stage tonight?
00:16So much fun. I mean, we've done this song so many times at this point, I feel like it's muscle memory.
00:20But tonight was extra special.
00:22Of course it was. And I was asking her earlier about the lyrics in the song and how confident it is to just, you know,
00:26go up to the bar and put your love out there. Are you that confident as well?
00:29No, I hope that this is a movement and girls start coming up and using the pick-up lines like she said.
00:33That's what makes it way easier on me.
00:35I mean, it's going to be easy to use pick-up lines when you got this kind of gold in your hand, right?
00:38Pick-up line right here. Taking this with me everywhere.
00:41There you go. And then what is coming up next for you guys? What are you guys working on in the future?
00:45Well, we're going back out on tour next year. I'm sure we both have a lot of new music coming out.
00:50And, you know, yeah, just good shows and tours and music.
00:55And talk about touring. What's the best part of being on the road and being out there in front of your fans?
00:59Well, it's definitely when you write something and people relate to it, you know,
01:02and a song becomes a hit like this one did kind of on its own as soon as you put it out.
01:05And, you know, I just that connection with the crowd is something I've always enjoyed.
01:09Never get tired of being on the road playing shows.
01:11And I want to ask you about honoring Randy and playing with Further Alabama. How was that?
01:15It was awesome. I'm such a big fan of Randy and what he's done.
01:19And when you have guys like that that have had careers that are that long,
01:22there's no coincidence that they've been that successful.
01:24He's such a great guy and he's worked so hard and had great songs.
01:2740-something number ones. I mean, it's awesome that you get to honor somebody like that.
01:30And just was glad to be a part of it.
01:32Well, I'm wishing you both that career longevity as well. Thanks and congratulations tonight.
