00:52in the heavy statement of VP Sara,

00:54used these words in her speech.

00:58According to Bahaghari Community Chairperson Reina Valmores Salinas,

01:02the word gay should not be used to insult or use it in a negative way,

01:08especially to the police who are just doing their job.

01:12The statement shown by VP Sara Duterte is very clear and derogatory.

01:18Being gay is not an insult.

01:21Being gay is an insult.

01:23If there is an insult, it is not being a member of the LGBT community,

01:28but being a politician, an elected official

01:32who cannot answer the simple questions of the people
