00:00In this new scenario and new representation of the IMSS, which wants to dialogue with all
00:11young people to be able to engage them, to be able to guide them in their future, because
00:16their future is ours, our future of the IMSS, ours of the country, ours of the sustainability
00:23of the system.
00:24The more contributors we have, the more contributions we have, the more we will be able to rebalance
00:31and make sustainable the pension system.
00:34This podcast, which is for the first time launched in our country, will lead us to
00:41dialogue with all young people in schools up to universities to make them mature
00:46the awareness that it is important for the boys, for all of them, to start immediately
00:53to plan and to plan their professional future, how?
00:57Through the activation of the contributory layer, so regular work, away from the
01:03black work, away from the submerged work, and for them the system is very simple because
01:09they will find themselves with a full contributor.
01:11What does it mean?
01:13TOT contributors, TOT pension, that is, saver, but it is important that they start immediately,
01:20the best saver will be found and this will be very important for them, also for another
01:27undeniable reason that the IMSS will always be there and this saver will always be paid
01:34through our presence throughout the territory, in schools, in universities, speaking the
01:41same language as the young people and engaging them, in the sense of explaining what the IMSS
01:46is, explaining, making them understand also the services they will receive from the IMSS,
01:52we are talking about about 440 social assistance and providential services, it is their best
02:00life partner, it is all the welfare, so it is important that they can count on us, that
02:06they can rely on an institute that is a guarantee for them, because it will follow them for
02:12their whole life, providing them and customizing the services according to the needs of the
02:18need that will occur throughout the life cycle of the person.
02:23We have to go and engage, we have to go and increase the employment base, because it is
02:28in this way that we will be able to arrive at a sustainable pension system and in this
02:33way that we will be able to create the future leadership class and not of our country,
02:40passing the testimony to the current young people who must and must have the opportunity
02:46to enter the job market stably, but with personal gratification, structural, and this we can
02:56do only by increasing the employment base.
02:59That is why we will go and speak to the young people, to our young people, explaining them
03:04this premise.
03:06Start with a clear job, start with your contribution, your providential account, because in this
03:15way you will arrive at your pension, which will be your saviour, which will be very useful
03:21for your life, directly or indirectly.
