00:05The effects of different weather systems are still continuing in our country.

00:09The first one is the North-East Monsun or Amihan in the extreme Northern Luzon.

00:14And the shearline in the eastern part of the Northern Luzon,

00:17this is the line where the cold Amihan and the hot Easter Lees meet.

00:22And we also have the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ in the eastern and eastern part of Mindanao.

00:28This is the line where the wind comes from the northern and southern hemispheres.

00:33That's why the chance of rain will be high until tomorrow.

00:36Based on our latest satellite animation,

00:39we can't see any low-pressure area or typhoon that will enter our Philippine area of responsibility in the coming days.

00:49Today, we still expect a high chance of rain here in the Northern Luzon.

00:52The effect of the North-East Monsun here in Batanes is that it will rain heavily and the temperature will be cold.

00:58While here in Cagayan, Isabela, Apayao and nearby towns,

01:03we still expect a gloomy weather.

01:05And it will still be accompanied by heavy rain and thunderstorms.

01:08The chances of flooding and landslides will still be high along the shearline.

01:23particularly around Sierra Madre, Aurora and Quezon, around Banahaw,

01:28and also around Bicol Region when it reaches the afternoon to night.

01:33While in Metro Manila and nearby areas,

01:35there are still areas and times where the weather will be gloomy,

01:38especially in the afternoon and afternoon.

01:41Our temperature in Metro Manila is from 25 to 32 degrees,

01:44while it is still cold in Baguio from 16 to 23 degrees Celsius.
