00:00Good afternoon to all of us, this is an update on the current time.

00:05The shear line or cold and hot wind is still affecting southern Luzon and Visayas,

00:13where the shear line will continue to be weak until it reaches its limit

00:18if there is a strong downpour in the Mimaropa, Bicol region and eastern Visayas.

00:25However, due to the cold, parts of Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon, Cordillera and Sevillon

00:33will also experience cloudy skies with weak to moderate rainfall.

00:39This is due to the cold.

00:41However, here in Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon,

00:45we are expecting generally fair weather or clear skies,

00:48but there is still a high chance of weak rainfall or thunderstorms, especially in the early hours.

00:55Due to the easterlies, parts of Davao region and Soxergen will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainfall.

01:05However, parts of Visayas and Mindanao are expected to experience generally fair weather conditions,

01:12but there is still a possibility of thunderstorms this afternoon until later tonight.

01:18We are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or typhoons that may affect our country.

01:25For the future, the shear line will continue to be weak until it reaches its limit

01:32if there is a strong downpour in the Mimaropa and Bicol regions.

01:38There is still a chance of weak to moderate rainfall in Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Sevillon, Aurora and Quezon.

01:52Here in Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon,

01:58we are expecting cloudy skies until later tonight,

02:01where there is still a chance of isolated light rains,

02:04weak to moderate rainfall or thunderstorms.

02:10The temperature here in Caminilaan is around 23 to 30 degrees Celsius.

02:15In Tagaytay, it is around 21 to 29 degrees Celsius.

02:20It is still cold in Baguio City, where the temperature is around 14 to 22 degrees.

02:25In Milawag, it is around 22 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:29In Taguigaro, because we are still expecting cloudy skies with rain,

02:34the temperature will be around 20 to 26 degrees.

02:39And because it is raining in Legazpi City, the temperature will be around 24 to 28 degrees.

02:48We went to Puerto Princesa and Calayaan Islands,

02:51where the temperature will be around 25 to 30 degrees Celsius tomorrow.

02:57For our fellow countrymen in Cabizayaan,

03:00here in Eastern Visayas, because of the effect of the shear line,

03:04we are still expecting cloudy skies tomorrow.

03:08But in Western and Central Visayas, we are expecting clear skies,

03:12especially in the morning and evening.

03:15But by afternoon and evening, we are still expecting heavy rains

03:19because of the localized thunderstorms.

03:22Our temperature tomorrow in Tacloban is around 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:27It is also the same in Iloilo and Metro Cebu, where it is around 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:34Because of the effect of the shear line,

03:37the part of Davao Region and the part of Soxergen

03:41are still expecting cloudy skies tomorrow.

03:46But in the southern part of Mindanao, we are expecting clear skies,

03:50but it is still possible for thunderstorms to occur in the afternoon and evening.

03:55Our temperature in Cagayan de Oro is around 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:59In Metro Davao, it is 25 to 32 degrees.

04:03In Zamboanga, our maximum temperature is around 32 degrees Celsius.

04:09Because of the effect of the shear line,

04:11we have a weather advisory in Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur,

04:18Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, and Northern Samar.

04:22This means that today and tomorrow afternoon,

04:25it is still possible for them to experience 50 to 100 mm of rain

04:31or to experience thunderstorms in the mentioned areas.

04:34That is why we are still warning our countrymen

04:37because they have already experienced rain for the past few days.

04:41That is why the chances of flooding and landslides are higher.

05:41our gill warning is still high in Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur,

05:45Western Coast of Pangasinan, Eastern Coast of Cagayan,

05:49along with Baboyan Islands, and also in Isabela.

05:52We also have gill warning in the Northeastern Coast of Aurora

05:56and in the Northeastern Coast of Polilio Islands.

05:59We also have gill warning in Baybayin of Camarines Norte,

06:03Northern Coast of Camarines Sur, Northern and Eastern Coast of Catanduanes,

06:08Eastern Coast of Albay and Sorsogon,

06:10Northern and Eastern Coast of Northern Samar,

06:13and in the Northeastern Coast of Eastern Samar.

06:17If we have gill warning, we do not allow our countrymen to go fishing,

06:22even those who have small fishing boats,

06:24because of the possibility of large and high waves

06:28where the wave height can reach up to 5.5 meters.

06:34For our three-day weather outlook in the major cities in Luzon,

06:38particularly in Metro Manila,

06:41where Monday to Tuesday will be a gloomy time

06:45and there is a high chance of low to moderate rainfall due to drought.

06:52But when Wednesday comes,

06:54we expect an improving weather condition here in Metro Manila.

06:58In Baguio City, because of the strong downpour,

07:01Monday to Wednesday will be a gloomy time

07:04and there is a high chance of low to moderate rainfall.

07:08And in Legazpi City, because of the shear line,

07:11until Wednesday, the sky is still cloudy

07:21where in Metro Cebu and Ilo Ilo City,

07:24for the next three days or until Wednesday,

07:26we do not expect heavy rainfall,
