00:00A warrant of arrest was issued by a court in Manila against 11 police who were involved in the operation of the confiscation of more than 6 billion pesos of Shabunong 2022.

00:15There will be a meeting later to discuss on how to implement these warrants of arrest against the particularly, not only these 20 active personnel.

00:26And we also know that there are 3 retards, 1 resigned, 2 dismissed, and aside from the active, of course, we also need to serve the warrant of arrest against those former PNP members.

00:43The Philippine National Police will now issue the 20 shams to 30 of its former officials who were involved in the so-called planting of evidence and mishandling of a high-profile case

00:55related to the confiscation of more than 700 kilos of shamu, worth 6.7 billion pesos, in Tondo, Manila in October 2022.

01:05This is after the warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Gwen Kalina of RTC Branch 44 of the National Capital Judicial Region for the case of a case related to the violation of Republic Act 9165 Section 92 or Bungling in the Prosecution.

01:21According to Police Regional Office 3 Director and PNP Spokesperson Police Brigadier General Gene Fajardo, the PNP formed a task force to oversee the issuance of warrant of arrest against these people.

01:34He wants to dismiss the police who are still active because of their involvement in this questionable police operation.

01:43He said that the PNP is unforgiving when it comes to the wrongdoings of our police.

01:50As of now, 20 of the accused are well-accounted. Five are in NCRPO, four are in Police Regional Office 1, two are in PRO 4A, three are in PRO 4B,

02:03one is in PRO 7, one is in CSG and three are in HSS and one is in PHAU.

02:11Along with the warrant of arrest, there are two lieutenant colonels, one police major and two lieutenants.

02:19The police will also look for those who are no longer in service, including the two generals.

02:25Fajardo added that aside from Section 92 that these people are facing, there are other cases that are unavailable because of the lack of evidence.

02:34As of now, 30 of the accused are well-accounted. Two of them are compulsory retired, one is in POS, three are optional retired.

02:43Two of them are dismissed from the service while 22 are still active in the service.
