00:00Donald Trump has been sworn in as the 47th President of the United States.

00:05He immediately passed various executive orders.

00:09Details of this will be reported by PTV Manila.

00:22Donald Trump was officially sworn in as the 47th President of the United States.

00:26It was led by U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts

00:29that Trump was sworn in at the U.S. Capitol Rotunda in Washington, D.C.

00:33This was the first presidential inauguration that was done indoors

00:36since Ronald Reagan became the President of the United States in 1985.

00:57Our sovereignty will be reclaimed.

01:00Our safety will be restored.

01:03The scales of justice will be rebalanced.

01:07The vicious, violent, and unfair weaponization

01:10of the Justice Department and our government will end.

01:14And our top priority will be to create a nation that is proud, prosperous, and free.

01:28President Trump also passed dozens of executive orders today

01:32such as declaring a national emergency on the U.S.-Mexico border,

01:35withdrawing America from the Paris Climate Agreement,

01:38establishing an external revenue service that will be circulated to foreign sources,

01:44a police force that is male and female only,

01:49withdrawing the U.S. as a member of the World Health Organization,

01:52and suspending foreign aid to all countries within ten days.

01:56Several world leaders expressed their greetings to U.S. President Trump.

02:00Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu thanked the Trump administration

02:05for the liberation of Israeli territories from the hands of Hamas.

02:09Netanyahu was also positive that the military capabilities of Hamas

02:13and its political role in Gaza will be destroyed by America and Israel.

02:18Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was also positive

02:21that America and Canada will regain a lot of jobs for their citizens.

02:25Before Trump's inauguration,

02:27U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said in his confirmation hearing

02:31in front of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations

02:33that China should stop what it is doing to the Philippines and Taiwan

02:37if it is serious about maintaining relations between America and China.

03:02and in some cases more adversarial than others,

03:05they really need to stop messing around with Taiwan and with the Philippines

03:09because it's forcing us to focus our attention in ways we prefer not to have to.
