00:00Angie, we've heard President Trump along, you know, the course of the last couple of
00:05months, during the course of the last few months, vowing to remake the federal government.
00:09I'm just wondering how nervous you think America's civil servants are with regards to what President
00:15Trump and, we should add, Elon Musk have in store for them.
00:21Yes, well, I think a lot of people have cleared out their desks in preparation for the new
00:29administration coming in. As soon as a lot of the secretaries are affirmed by the Senate,
00:37they're going to get to work right away. And so a lot of federal employees may not be coming back.
00:42And again, President Trump demands that people are in their desks at the office five days a week.
00:48So we'll see how much of that happens,
00:50because we know over 80% of federal workers are working from home.
