00:00To me, statistics is statistics.
00:10I, personally, from Bukit Aman, will analyze all of these statistics.
00:18If we look at the decline, 491 cases, 10.8%
00:28I will go back this year to analyze all of these statistics
00:37in line with the perception of the people about their safety in those countries.
00:44Why? Under the law, under the criminal law, section 110 bracket B
00:54it gives power to the police when they see that there is no solid evidence
01:03in a particular case, they have the power not to continue the investigation.
01:11And when the investigation is not continued,
01:15whereas it is not stated in the statistics as one case,
01:19then it will most likely show a decline.
01:24So, in this context, what I want to explain,
01:27an audit team from Bukit Aman,
01:30I will do it to analyze all of the success statistics
01:36or the rise and fall of the Dandan Index in this country,
01:41especially the countries that show a decline.
01:44Not to judge, but more to be relevant with the perception of the safety of the people below.
01:52That is my commitment this year.
01:54So, all the states will call me in the context of the meeting
01:58and they have to explain what the statistics show,
02:04what are the actions they have taken,
02:06and what they plan in order to sustain the success story in each state.
02:13And this will be processed in the context of a paper,
02:19and we will submit it to the competent authorities,
02:24the head of the state police,
02:26for the head of the state police to bring it to the competent authorities,
02:29the investigators,
02:31and most likely to all the heads of ministries or ministers.
