00:30a Vietnamese national

00:32followed the delivery of ecstasy and ketamine in Pasay City.

00:37This small packet of rice is called extra rice.

00:41The suspect used it to complete the delivery of ecstasy.

00:47P100,000 worth of ecstasy and ketamine

00:50was confiscated by the authorities.

00:52The look-out of a Chinese national was also arrested.

00:57According to the NBI,

00:58the modus of the suspect

01:00was that the drug was sold with food

01:02to the Vietnamese in the country.

01:05Usually, their customers are in condominium units.

01:08So, when they deliver,

01:10it's like they're just delivering food or rice.

01:13But actually, there's a drug inside.

01:16Even the TNVS

01:18and legitimate delivery riders

01:20use drugs to deliver

01:23because they thought it was just food.

01:26They don't know that what they're delivering is a drug.

01:32Because when you give it to them,

01:34you'll see it's just food or rice.

01:37But if you thoroughly check the contents,

01:39there's a drug inside.

01:41The first to be arrested by the NBI

01:42was another Vietnamese national.

01:44The drug was hidden in rice

01:47or extra rice.

01:49They said they were just one group

01:51when they were arrested.

01:52Another thing the NBI is asking

01:55is if the workers in Pogo

01:57were the ones who were pushing the extra rice.

02:01That's one of the things we're looking at.

02:06Maybe they're not in Pogo anymore.

02:09They're here shipping drugs.

02:11The Vietnamese and Chinese national

02:14filed a complaint against the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.

02:21through an interpreter.
