00:00I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
00:12Ladies and gentlemen, peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
00:17We are once again at your service with a program on Shariah and Hanafi jurisprudence.
00:24There are some offer questions. A young man says that a wrong post has gone viral on me,
00:30which is causing me to continue committing sins. I don't know how far it has reached.
00:36Now what should I do about it? I am very ashamed.
00:40Look, the first thing is that Allah's mercy is very great.
00:45No matter how big a sin a sinner commits, he should not be disappointed with Allah's mercy.
00:50But to feel remorse and shame on your past sins, to repent on them,
00:56and if the sin is spreading, then it is obligatory to rectify it.
01:01So the first thing you should do is to repent in the presence of Allah.
01:06And the principle of repentance is to regret and be ashamed of your past sins,
01:11and to have a firm intention not to do it again just because of fear of Allah.
01:17When you do this, God willing, your past sins will be erased.
01:21But the sins that continue to spread, new sins are created there.
01:25And because you have become the cause of it, there will definitely be a problem in your past sins.
01:30Now the way is that you make a lot of posts in which there is a rejection,
01:36that I did this, I did it completely wrong, I tell you all to end this series.
01:42If someone forwards this, then I am responsible for it.
01:47And I express my innocence with it.
01:50By making such posts, those of you who will remember,
01:53that there will be some groups in which you would have put it,
01:56or if you had put it on Facebook,
01:59then wherever you think most people will be able to see it,
02:03put it there and encourage them to repent.
02:07Also explain to them that if you do it further, then the sins will continue.
02:11After that, what does Allah do with you, I cannot make a final decision.
02:15If there was only sin with you, then I would tell you to keep a good relationship with Allah.
02:21Allah is able to forgive your sins.
02:24But since this sin has now continued, it is happening with others.
02:29In this too, we will maintain the good relationship that Allah will forgive.
02:33But his glory, his personality may be very disreputable
02:37But because of these new sins, the people who will commit sins,
02:41may Allah have mercy on them.
02:44So anyway, be afraid, have faith in the mercy of Allah.
02:47We also pray for you.
02:49In fact, we pray for all such children,
02:52who just to earn a little money,
02:54to become a little famous,
02:56to become a little known among people,
02:58are doing such despicable things,
03:00that thousands of people are victimized,
03:03their minds are polluted,
03:05their tongues are impure in a way,
03:08and they are fulfilling their purpose.
03:10This is a very big sin for you.
03:12Try to stop it.
03:14Be brave, Allah will surely help you.
03:18A brother said that we have a butcher,
03:21who is often in a state of drunkenness,
03:23we have not seen him bathing for a long time.
03:26He is always in dirty clothes.
03:28And I have never seen him brushing his teeth.
03:31He stands up and urinates.
03:33So what will be the command of his sacrifice?
03:36By the way, when he bites,
03:38he sacrifices in the name of Allah.
03:41See, sacrifice is absolutely permissible.
03:44Because to sacrifice,
03:46to mention the name of Allah at the time of sacrifice,
03:49and to be a butcher,
03:51i.e. to be a butcher,
03:53a Muslim or from the Ahl-e-Kitab,
03:55and to cut at least three or four ribs of the animal,
03:59which is necessary,
04:01if all these conditions are met,
04:03then the animal will be halal.
04:06To be clean for a butcher,
04:08to be a worshipper,
04:10to be in ablution,
04:12to be free from drunkenness,
04:14or if a sister is cutting,
04:16to be free from haiz and nifaas,
04:18this is not necessary.
04:20Yes, it is much better for a butcher to be a worshipper,
04:23to be pious,
04:24not to be in a state of drunkenness,
04:26to cut in ablution,
04:27that this is a form of worship.
04:29This is a form of worship.
04:31It is better to be pious for that.
04:34But anyway,
04:35what we requested in your service,
04:37that if all these things are present in it,
04:39which you have mentioned,
04:41but he says, Bismillah, Allah is Great,
04:43and does the sacrifice,
04:44then the sacrifice is permissible.
04:46It will be halal and tayyab.
04:48It would have been better
04:49if he had been a good and pure man.
04:51It is said that someone asked,
04:53what is the structure of the angels?
04:56Do they also have hands, legs and a face?
04:58Do they have a body?
05:00Or are they just like a soul?
05:02Look, about the angels,
05:04our belief is that they have a subtle body.
05:07That is, you can call it a soul,
05:09you can call it air.
05:10They are like this.
05:11And they do not have any shape or form
05:13like ours.
05:14Yes, their wings are proven from the Holy Quran.
05:17So they are like this,
05:19like air.
05:21Yes, sometimes it has happened
05:23that the angels come in the human form,
05:26then you can see them.
05:28Like the angel of death used to come in the human form
05:31and capture the soul.
05:33That is, he used to physically capture the soul.
05:36And Jibreel-e-Ameen's appearance
05:38in the human form is proven.
05:40Similarly, it is proven from some companions
05:42that when they recited the Holy Quran,
05:44they felt a cloud near their horse.
05:47And later when the explanation was found,
05:49its clarification was found,
05:51it was said that they were angels
05:53who had come to listen to the Quran.
05:55So it is like this that it happens a little.
05:57Otherwise, they do not have a physical body
05:59like us.
06:01There is a caller, let's take the call.
06:04Assalamu Alaikum.
06:06Walaikum Assalam.
06:07Yes, brother.
06:08My question was that
06:10in our village,
06:11they married one of their daughters
06:13and then they had no children.
06:15Then they married another girl.
06:17There are two sisters.
06:19They are living in the same man's house
06:21and have children.
06:22So what is right?
06:23And?
06:24And the other question was, Mr. Mukhtar,
06:26that the ladies and gentlemen
06:28come with money
06:30that we need this much,
06:31then we will come to your house
06:33for the Jalsa etc.
06:34So it is permissible for them to take money
06:36and it will be right for them to call us.
06:38Okay, and?
06:40I will tell you.
06:41Inshallah, there is one more caller.
06:43Assalamu Alaikum.
06:48Assalamu Alaikum.
06:54Brother said that
06:55he married a girl
06:57and she had no children.
06:59So he married her sister's son
07:01and had children.
07:02And now both the sisters are living together.
07:04See, the Qur'anic text
07:06forbids that two sisters
07:08should not get married.
07:10This is Haram.
07:11Therefore, if he married a girl
07:13and then married her sister,
07:15then this marriage will not happen.
07:16This marriage will be called Batil.
07:18And when this marriage will be called Batil,
07:19then it is certain that
07:20when this marriage did not happen,
07:21then it will be like a stranger.
07:23And it will be a sin to live with them.
07:25That is, to live with this husband and wife.
07:27This husband and wife are not made.
07:29So it is a sin to live with them.
07:31And it is continuously Haram and a great sin.
07:33Therefore, all the people there
07:35who know this issue,
07:37stop them strictly
07:39and end this relationship.
07:41Because this is not a relationship.
07:42This is an illegal relationship.
07:44It is obligatory to end it.
07:46And if, for example, they do not agree,
07:47fight, then we will not say
07:49that you beat them.
07:50But it is obligatory to do their social back out.
07:52In today's era, the fatwa is on this
07:54that if someone is committing an official sin,
07:56or the effects of his sin
07:58are reaching the other person,
08:00or due to the effects of his sin,
08:02there is a fear of the future generations
08:04getting spoilt, he is not giving up.
08:06For example, after three divorces,
08:08sometimes they are living without Halala.
08:10By taking fatwa from anyone.
08:12Then such people have a social back out.
08:14And the meaning of social back out is
08:16that now you completely stop
08:18their happiness and sorrow.
08:20Do not let them come into your happiness and sorrow.
08:22If they call you,
08:24do not go to them.
08:26So it is obligatory to do this,
08:28who will not do it,
08:30and will meet them well
08:32in spite of their official sins,
08:34and will encourage them.
08:36All of these will be caught
08:38in the court of Allah in the field of society.
08:40Cooperate in righteousness and piety,
08:42and do not cooperate in ignorance and adultery.
08:44Cooperate with each other
08:46and do not cooperate
08:48in the work of sin and excess.
08:50So this is also a form of cooperation
08:52that a person is doing haram work,
08:54and we are going to the wedding,
08:56meeting, laughing, sitting,
08:58so he will say that I have not done such a big bad thing.
09:00Everyone is meeting him.
09:02And you do social back out for a week.
09:04If he comes, change the way.
09:06He salutes, you do not answer.
09:08Do not call him in happiness and sorrow.
09:10See if he takes a practical step or not.
09:12So it is necessary for us to do this.
09:14If we do not do it, everyone will be a sinner.
09:16There is one more caller.
09:18Assalamu alaikum.
09:20Wa alaikum assalam Mufti sahab.
09:22Wa alaikum assalam.
09:24My first question to you is that
09:26there are differences between
09:28the husband and wife.
09:30There were differences from the beginning
09:32even after marriage,
09:34but the fact was that the husband
09:36did not take any interest in any household work.
09:38Neither in the upbringing of children
09:40nor any other kind.
09:42In his youth, the poor woman
09:44got a job here and there
09:46and somehow managed to survive.
09:48So now both are of the same age,
09:50but the children have also grown up.
09:52There is no fight or quarrel.
09:54But the point was that
09:56the wife does not work for her husband.
09:58If she does not feed him,
10:00she does not work for him.
10:02So what does Islam say about this?
10:04Does it call him abusive?
10:06Does it call him bad?
10:08Now he does not work at all.
10:10The poor woman has also left her job in old age.
10:12Okay, I will tell you.
10:14I understood.
10:16Assalamu alaikum
10:18Assalamu alaikum
10:20The line has dropped.
10:22A brother asked
10:24that sometimes the appointed people
10:26who are the speakers,
10:28you can call them.
10:30They decide the money for the speech
10:32and come to speak with proper money.
10:34So how is their demand for money
10:36and calling them
10:38and how is their demand for money?
10:40See, remember the first thing.
10:42One word is Ta'at.
10:44Ta'at means goodness.
10:46Any goodness.
10:48The payment of Ta'at
10:50was prohibited by our scholars.
10:52Whether it is to lead the prayer,
10:54to give the call to prayer,
10:56to give the speech,
10:58to teach the children,
11:00the payment of Ta'at was prohibited on everything.
11:02But when the scholars came,
11:04some people came,
11:06some people came.
11:08If we do not allow the payment of Ta'at
11:10on some specific Ta'at,
11:12then the work of religion will stop
11:14and the form of religion will begin to be destroyed.
11:16Because if you do not pay the salary of an Imam
11:18and he is working in the market,
11:20it is time for prayer here.
11:22People are present.
11:24Imam is absent because he is sitting in his shop.
11:26Then it is certain that
11:28the Jama'at will not be able to offer prayer.
11:30The teachers must have gone somewhere else
11:32to solve their financial problems.
11:34If there is no one to solve their problems,
11:36then Allah is the guardian of religion.
11:38So, wherever the late scholars felt the need
11:40that if we decide the payment
11:42or salary of religious matters,
11:44so that the work of religion continues,
11:46the matter of religion continues,
11:48the propagation of religion continues,
11:50there is no fall of religion,
11:52then it is better.
11:54So, they gave fatwa on specific things
11:56that they can take the payment.
11:58So, there will be the payment of Imamate,
12:00there will be the payment of Muazzini,
12:02there will be the payment of education to children,
12:04there will be the payment of the teachers
12:06who teach our Dars-e-Nizami.
12:08Now, there is the payment of Wa'iz.
12:10I have seen a difference in this.
12:12The family of Hazrat Imam-e-Sundat
12:14has prohibited it.
12:16But the owner of Bahar-e-Shariat
12:18has allowed it.
12:20And this is the difference in this.
12:22If we want to make a difference,
12:24then we can do it in such a way
12:26that there is a statement
12:28in which only time is spent.
12:30People talk about making people happy,
12:32people laugh, people shout,
12:34and that's it.
12:36Neither people get a chance to learn
12:38nor anything else.
12:40We should not mislead anyone.
12:42But if the speaker himself thinks,
12:44then the payment of such statements
12:46is not right at all.
12:48You are taking it as a good deed
12:50and they are not fulfilling the needs of the people.
12:52And if there are such Wa'iz
12:54who teach religious issues,
12:56make people conscious,
12:58make a positive change
13:00in their thinking,
13:02thinking, nature,
13:04and attitude,
13:06leave a positive impact
13:08which makes people
13:10worship Allah,
13:12come closer to the Quran,
13:14come closer to the Hadith,
13:16then such Wa'iz can take
13:18the payment of their statements.
13:20Although it is better
13:22to do it without any reward.
13:24But sometimes it happens
13:26that people take the excuse
13:28that if I don't take it,
13:30how will I survive?
13:32And if I don't state it,
13:34how will people learn?
13:36Then there is a lot of room here.
13:38I hope you understood.
13:40In short,
13:42before you call a Wa'iz,
13:44decide what the topic will be,
13:46what you will teach people,
13:48or leave it to them if they are smart
13:50that we have to reform people,
13:52make people worship Allah,
13:54bring them closer to the knowledge of religion,
13:56teach them etiquette,
13:58teach them aqeedah,
14:00make them aware of the
14:02minor and major internal sins,
14:04and then make a statement.
14:06It is a very good thing.
14:08If we don't serve the scholars,
14:10and they can't find time
14:12to make statements,
14:14and their financial problems
14:16are not solved,
14:18then I have seen such situations
14:20where there is no scholar
14:22and people come to the mosque
14:24to find out the issues,
14:26and whatever Hafiz Sahib is doing,
14:28not every Hafiz is like this,
14:30but I have seen in many places
14:32that there is no scholar,
14:34no one comes to make statements,
14:36and the youth there are full of
14:38bad habits,
14:40and there is no one
14:42who can go and teach them.
14:44By the way,
14:46there is still a lot of material
14:48on social media,
14:50and it is a very good thing
14:52to make people understand
14:54one by one,
14:56and when a scholar
14:58finds time for this,
15:00then he will need
15:02financial resources,
15:04and then he can take
15:06as much as he needs.
15:08It is a short break,
15:10we will be back after a short break.
15:12In the name of Allah,
15:14let's take the first call.
15:16Assalamu alaikum.
15:18I wanted to ask,
15:20as a driver here,
15:22we wash our cars
15:24from morning to evening,
15:26on a daily basis,
15:28and the water
15:30that we use,
15:32we use a lot of water,
15:34and it is a blessing
15:36of Allah,
15:38and if the water is wasted,
15:40and the door is open,
15:42then who will be affected,
15:44the driver or the owner?
15:46Ok, I will tell you.
15:48There is one more caller,
15:50Assalamu alaikum.
15:52Yes, sister.
15:54My first question is,
15:56my grandmother says
15:58that in tahajjud,
16:00it is compulsory to sleep without
16:02doing any tahajjud.
16:04Is she asking you or telling you?
16:06She is asking.
16:08Ok, I will tell you.
16:10This brother said,
16:12or the sister said,
16:14or the sister said,
16:16that the husband and wife
16:18had a disagreement,
16:20and the husband did not
16:22take any interest in the
16:24household chores,
16:26nor did he educate the
16:28children,
16:30nor did he give them
16:32proper time at home.
16:34These women did the job,
16:36and raised the children,
16:38and now they are old,
16:40and the children are young.
16:42First of all,
16:44let us take the husband,
16:46that the husband has done
16:48absolutely wrong.
16:50If a parent or a youngster
16:52thinks that I will not
16:54be able to take care of
16:56my wife's expenses,
16:58nor will I be able to
17:00provide for her,
17:02then there are three things
17:04that apply to non-profit.
17:06Living, food and clothing.
17:08If I will not be able to provide
17:10for my wife's expenses,
17:12then it is haraam to marry.
17:14And if I do not believe that
17:16I will be able to marry,
17:18then it is haraam to marry.
17:20Some parents say that
17:22a useless person does not
17:24do anything,
17:26when he gets the responsibility
17:28he will start working.
17:30Do not do this to anyone's
17:32daughter.
17:34First you see her sacrifice,
17:36and then you want to
17:38marry her,
17:40and if he does not do it,
17:42then what will happen?
17:44If this was the case,
17:46then marrying her was a sin.
17:48She got married,
17:50but she did not do her duties,
17:52she did not raise her children,
17:54she did not provide for her
17:56wife,
17:58and in the hereafter
18:00she will have to answer
18:02to Allah.
18:04And our sister,
18:06she raised her children,
18:08she fed them,
18:10so some companions
18:12were questioned by the Prophet,
18:14who could not earn
18:16on the basis of Shariah,
18:18and their wives
18:20kept some money.
18:22So the Prophet was asked,
18:24can a man eat the earnings
18:26of his wife,
18:28so the Prophet
18:30blessed her.
18:32So if the wife did some work
18:34for the Prophet,
18:36then she will be rewarded,
18:38her status will be high,
18:40as much as our sister sacrificed,
18:42when she will get her reward
18:44in the field of society,
18:46then the pain she felt
18:48from her husband,
18:50she will feel like a flower.
18:52And all the pain she
18:54suffered in taking this responsibility,
18:56she will feel normal,
18:58that there was nothing in the world,
19:00Inshallah her status will be very high.
19:02If you are listening to my sister,
19:04please listen to my clip,
19:06why do you waste your
19:08whole life's hard work,
19:10no matter how useless
19:12your husband is,
19:14anyway Shariah has a right
19:16on the husband.
19:18The Prophet said,
19:20without any condition,
19:22that if I order the creation
19:24to prostrate,
19:26then I order the wives
19:28to prostrate their husbands.
19:30Then it is his right,
19:32otherwise no.
19:34Similarly, if the husband
19:36passes away,
19:38no matter how useless he is,
19:40the woman has to
19:42prostrate for 4 months and 10 days.
19:44It is Iddah and prostration.
19:46What does prostration mean?
19:48It is an expression of grief.
19:50The scholars say that Shariah
19:52has given the command to
19:54express grief for 4 months and 10 days
19:56when the blessing of the husband
19:58has been taken away.
20:00The Prophet did not say that
20:02if the husband dies,
20:04then the woman has no right
20:06on him.
20:08No, that is also a blessing.
20:10Although that person did not
20:12fulfill his right,
20:14but it is a blessing.
20:16That is why I request my sister
20:18that you have sacrificed so much
20:20and you do not know
20:22how high your status will be.
20:24Do not waste it.
20:26Allah Almighty has clearly said
20:28Do not waste
20:30your charity
20:32by doing good
20:34and causing pain.
20:36It should not be that
20:38your whole life's hard work is wasted.
20:40You tell your husband that
20:42what you did,
20:44your Lord knows that you
20:46made a mistake in your affairs.
20:48I will not make a mistake in the command
20:50that my Lord has given.
20:52If you do not fulfill our right
20:54then I will not become your husband.
20:56I will serve you, I will fulfill
20:58your right.
21:00Then you answer in the hereafter
21:02or you can repent.
21:04But if your sister
21:06swears at you,
21:08taunts you in front of
21:10young children,
21:12and lowers their importance
21:14by saying that I raised you
21:16but your father did not
21:18and this will reduce the
21:20greatness of your father in
21:22the hereafter.
21:52One is to use
21:54according to the need.
21:56One is to waste.
21:58Wasting means without
22:00need. Neither the benefit of religion nor the benefit of the world
22:02you waste the blessing.
22:04It is poor on this.
22:06But if you wash the car,
22:08you have to keep the car clean.
22:10Otherwise, the soil is filled and
22:12sometimes the oiling is done from the bottom.
22:14Otherwise, it gets dirty. This comes in our need.
22:16And when you use Allah's blessing
22:18according to the need,
22:20it is not called wasting.
22:22Allah said
22:28Allah is the One who has created everything on earth
22:30for your benefit.
22:32We also bathe.
22:34We also wash clothes.
22:36We also wash the courtyard of the house.
22:38Tell me, is all the water being wasted?
22:40This is not a small thing. You have animals.
22:42You sometimes bathe the animals.
22:44Is this water called waste? It is not called waste.
22:46This is using
22:48water.
22:50This is not called wasting.
22:52One is that you are just throwing water.
22:54The tap is open. The water is flowing.
22:56You are not closing it.
22:58Sometimes you are giving water in the garden.
23:00The water has been done, but it is flowing out.
23:02It will be poor on this.
23:04This is waste.
23:06Therefore, you use as much water as
23:08can be used for a car.
23:10If you add more than that,
23:12it will be on the driver.
23:14The owner did not say that you use more water.
23:16If you use as much water as you need,
23:18then there is no problem in the hereafter.
23:20Children say that my grandmother
23:22has asked if it is necessary to sleep for Tahajjud?
23:26Look, I have told you many times before.
23:28All these matters of worship
23:30are called
23:32Afaaal-e-Mashroo'ah.
23:34Faal-e-Mashroo'ah
23:36or Afaaal-e-Mashroo'ah.
23:38What are Faal-e-Mashroo'ah or Afaaal-e-Mashroo'ah?
23:40These are those actions
23:42whose introduction is presented by Shariah.
23:44We cannot know about them
23:46with our intellect.
23:48There will be two rak'ahs of Fajr,
23:50four rak'ahs of Zuhr, four rak'ahs of Asr,
23:52three rak'ahs of Maghrib, four rak'ahs of Isha,
23:54two rak'ahs of Eid, two rak'ahs of Jummah.
23:56Did I do this with my intellect?
23:58No, the Prophet told me, I accepted it.
24:00So, all these matters of worship
24:02are called Afaaal-e-Mashroo'ah.
24:04Their introduction is presented by Shariah.
24:06So, we will have to adopt
24:08the same introduction.
24:10We cannot say anything from our side.
24:12After this introduction,
24:14understand that whenever the Prophet
24:16performed Tahajjud,
24:18he slept after Isha
24:20and after sleeping,
24:22he got up and performed Tahajjud.
24:24So, the scholars came up with this rule.
24:26So, the concept of Tahajjud
24:28that the Prophet presented,
24:30the introduction that he presented,
24:32is that after performing Isha,
24:34a person can sleep for a while.
24:36Even if he sleeps for a long time,
24:38but before Fajr, if he gets up and performs Nawafil,
24:40then it will be called Tahajjud.
24:42So, if a person does not sleep,
24:44then he will not be able to perform Tahajjud.
24:46In summary,
24:48it is proven from some scholars
24:50that the Prophet
24:52performed Ibadat all night long.
24:54So,
24:56some people questioned
24:58if he did not perform Tahajjud.
25:00So, some scholars answered
25:02that he used to sleep for a while
25:04in such a way that even if he slept,
25:06the Wudu did not break.
25:08So,
25:10even if we sleep,
25:12even if we do not sleep deeply,
25:14even if we sleep,
25:16even if we sleep deeply,
25:18even if we sleep deeply,
25:20even if we sleep deeply,

31:22even if we sleep deeply,
31:24even if we sleep deeply,
31:26even if we sleep deeply,
31:28even if we sleep deeply,
31:30even if we sleep deeply,
31:32even if we sleep deeply,
31:34even if we sleep deeply,
31:36even if we sleep deeply,
31:38even if we sleep deeply,
31:40I have actually given some things as a proof.
31:42A brother had asked,
31:44what the difference between divorce and divorce?
31:46See, the difference between them
31:48is only of the wealth.
31:50If a person divorces,
31:52without taking any wealth from his wife,
31:54then he is called divorced.
31:56And if he divorces,
31:58but instead takes some wealth,
32:00then there is an agreement,
32:02wife offers that you take it,
32:04give divorce to me.
32:06Or husband asks that you forgive your debt,
32:08If you give divorce in place of divorce, then it is called divorce.
32:12One brother said that I had a friend who got married in a non-Muslim place of worship.
32:23Should we go there or not?
32:26See, in non-Muslim places of worship, there is a lot of Kufr and Shirk.
32:32So, where there is worship, Namaz, Rauza, Tawaf, Allah's Mercy descends.
32:40So, where there is Kufr and Shirk, what will descend?
32:44You can understand that it is just the opposite of Mercy, i.e. Curse descends.
32:49And to perform Sunnat-e-Rasool in such a place, which is not a pure place,
32:54where Mercy is not being sent down, where Satan's traps are set,
32:59where Satan is happy with Kufr and Shirk, where there are so many Satans,
33:03and to go there and perform this marriage is completely wrong.
33:07There is no denying that marriage will take place.
33:09They will accept it, marriage will take place.
33:11But it is forbidden to get married in such a place.
33:13The jurists have even written that it is prohibited to offer Namaz in a non-Muslim place of worship.
33:18So, how will this Sunnat-e-Rasool be permissible?
33:22Therefore, if they do not agree, then we should stay away from it.
33:25Never perform Shirk in such a marriage.
33:28It is said that on the second day of every festival,
33:31the son-in-law takes his wife and children to the in-laws' house.
33:35There is a formal invitation for him.
33:37And on his return, he is given a coconut.
33:40And on the coconut, 50, 100, 1000 or 500 are kept.
33:44And he comes back home.
33:46What is the Shariah order for such rituals?
33:49See, there are two types of rituals.
33:51One is such rituals that we perform in religion.
33:54One is the rituals that are called worldly rituals.
33:57The simple summary of the rituals in religion is that
34:00either they are proven by the Qur'an and Hadith,
34:03or they are performed by a good, pious, religious scholar,
34:09and people are given permission to perform this ritual as per the need of the time.
34:15Then it is absolutely right. You can do it.
34:17Otherwise, to invent any such ritual in religion that the scholars do not support it,
34:22or it is contrary to the Qur'an and Hadith,
34:24such rituals are included in bid'ah, which is called bid'ah-e-saiyyah,
34:27and it should be avoided.
34:29As for those rituals that are worldly,
34:32the basic principle in this is that
34:34if it is a religious ritual of non-Muslims,
34:37you cannot perform it, neither in your home, nor on any shrine.
34:41If it is a national symbol of a nation,
34:44national symbol means national symbol,
34:46national symbol means that if a Muslim is performing that ritual,
34:49then the one who sees it from a distance should think that they are non-Muslims.
34:53That is, that ritual should be specific to non-Muslims.
34:56Muslims do not do it at all.
34:58Now if a Muslim sees someone doing it,
35:00from a distance it will seem that they are non-Muslims
35:02because they do this work as non-Muslims.
35:04It is forbidden to adopt such religious and national symbols.
35:07In addition to this, the other rituals that are
35:10other than a national or religious symbol of another nation,
35:14the basic principle in it is that
35:16if it is against the Qur'an and Hadith, then it will not be done.
35:19If it is not against the Qur'an and Hadith,
35:21but there is a little defect in it,
35:23then the defect will be eliminated,
35:25and the ritual will be allowed.
35:27And if it is not against the Qur'an and Hadith at all,
35:30as in the different communities of our marriage,
35:33different rituals are prevalent,
35:35then it will be allowed.
35:37It will be seen that there is nothing against the Shariah in it,
35:40such as impoliteness,
35:41obscurity,
35:42oppression,
35:43to impose something on the other person
35:46that the other person cannot fulfill,
35:48and there should not be such big demands.
35:51Then there is no problem in fulfilling those rituals.
35:54Now, as you can see in this ritual,
35:56that if the son-in-law goes to his in-laws,
35:58it is a matter of joy that the son-in-law has come,
36:00the wife and children have come,
36:02Eid is coming,
36:03and then on the way, Eid is also given to us.
36:05If such a thing happens,
36:07then there will be no problem in it.
36:10It is said that for any good deed in our country,
36:14we do not take the date of 3, 13 or 23.
36:18It is said that these dates are not good.
36:20What is the ruling of the Shariah?
36:22See, in the spirit of our religion,
36:24in itself,
36:25in itself,
36:26there is no impurity in anything.
36:28Therefore,
36:29considering a religion as inauspicious,
36:31considering a date as inauspicious,
36:33this is not our way.
36:34This can be the way of non-Muslims.
36:36In fact,
36:37the Prophet of the Holy Prophet,
36:39peace and blessings be upon him,
36:41said,
36:43that when you are in a bad mood,
36:45do that work.
36:46That is,
36:47do not care,
36:48do it.
36:49So, there is no problem with 3, 13 or 23.
36:51I always question that
36:53if you leave 3, 13 or 23,
36:55then don't do it.
36:56Okay, this is inauspicious for you.
36:58The rest of the dates are blessed.
37:00So, does the work done in them always benefit you?
37:03Doesn't it harm you?
37:05Don't things go wrong?
37:07So, what does it mean that
37:08the date in which something goes wrong,
37:10if you consider that date as inauspicious,
37:12then there will not be a single date in the whole month
37:14that you do not harm in any way.
37:16This means that everything is inauspicious.
37:18So, these are completely wrong thoughts.
37:20There is no difference with 3, 13 or 23.
37:22According to the Sunnah,
37:23you should work in the name of Allah.
37:25The work should be permissible.
37:26InshaAllah,
37:27Allah will bless you.
37:28Now,
37:29our guest,
37:30the whole team of QTV,
37:31please allow us to leave.
37:32InshaAllah,
37:33if you are alive next week,
37:34we will have the honor of meeting you.
37:35Until then,
37:36our guest,
37:37the whole team of QTV,
