00:00I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
00:08Ladies and Gentlemen, Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu wa Maghfiratuhu.
00:13The program is Ahkaam-e-Shariat.
00:15And as usual, Imam-e-Azam Abu Hanifa, may Allah be pleased with him,
00:19will explain the issues related to Fiqh.
00:23There are some other questions.
00:25Someone said that it is said that
00:27the one who gives birth has more right over the one who raises him.
00:32Is this correct?
00:34Look, if the one who gives birth is referring to Allah,
00:40and the one who raises him is referring to his parents,
00:44then it is completely wrong.
00:45Because the one who gives birth is also Allah's,
00:48even though His means are His parents.
00:51Similarly, the one who raises him is also Allah's.
00:53He is the Lord of the worlds.
00:55He is the one who raises all the worlds.
00:57These are the physical reasons.
00:59So, it is Allah's right that is more.
01:01A person's right does not depend on Allah's right.
01:04And if it is meant that a mother gave birth to a child,
01:07and someone raised that child.
01:09Now, if this is meant to be compared to a creature,
01:12then still this is wrong.
01:14Because Allah has given a lot of right to a mother.
01:19In fact, a father has a lot of respect for his mother
01:23that he has made her his queen.
01:25But when someone asked the Prophet,
01:28O Messenger of Allah, who has the most right over me?
01:32He said, your mother.
01:34After that, he said, your mother.
01:37Then he said, your mother.
01:39Then he said, your father.
01:41He mentioned the mother three times.
01:43Or the fourth time he mentioned the father.
01:46The scholars have proven that the government wants to say
01:50that the right of a mother is three times more than that of a father.
01:54If you think about it, a mother gives birth to a child,
01:57and a father often raises the child.
01:59If this is meant to be raised,
02:01or someone takes the child in his custody.
02:03Anyway, the right of a mother will be more than that of a father.
02:06So, it is not right to say this.
02:08Someone said that when someone is praised,
02:11and when someone is not praised,
02:14then there is a fear of being seen.
02:16Is it right to say this?
02:18But it is not necessary that you will not be seen when you are praised.
02:22Sometimes we say words in a formal way.
02:25You can ask the meaning of what you are saying.
02:28What does it mean when you say Inshallah?
02:30And what does it mean when you say Praise be to Allah?
02:33Sometimes the poor person does not even know the meaning.
02:36So, it is not that if you say Praise be to Allah,
02:38you will not be seen.
02:39But there is a good custom here,
02:41that if you say something directly,
02:43then the other person feels bad,
02:45that suddenly he said it with his mouth open.
02:48Oh, you took the car?
02:49Then he becomes very afraid that he will be seen.
02:52So, to reduce that fear,
02:54a custom has been established in our society
02:56that we say the word Praise be to Allah.
02:59And anyway, it is a good thing to say,
03:02that if a person makes progress,
03:04and we say Praise be to Allah on it,
03:06it means what Allah wanted.
03:08In fact, it is not our perfection,
03:10it is the perfection of Allah,
03:12that whatever Allah wanted,
03:13He gave His blessings,
03:14and we made progress.
03:15So, it is better to attribute it to Allah.
03:18So, there is no harm in saying it,
03:20but it is not a legal rule
03:22that if you say Praise be to Allah,
03:23you will not be seen.
03:24You can be seen,
03:25but it is better to say it.
03:27It is said that if someone is a non-Muslim,
03:31and has a proper relationship with a government,
03:34and if there is a ceremony going on at a shrine,
03:38and if he sends a sheet to be put there,
03:41then that non-Muslim who is working at the government level,
03:45if he has a big office,
03:47then can his sheet be put there,
03:49or not?
03:51See, I have told you many times that
03:53Fee Nafsihi,
03:55i.e. by oneself,
03:56Qatr-e-Nazar,
03:57from other matters,
03:58putting a sheet is not a work of reward,
04:01nor is it a requirement of Shara,
04:03nor has it been encouraged,
04:05nor is it beneficial to the owner of the grave,
04:09nor is it a means of elevation for the one who puts it there.
04:13In the first period,
04:14since there were graves,
04:16and among them,
04:17the saints or scholars,
04:18the Muftis,
04:19or some Mujtahid,
04:20they were buried,
04:21and if there was no distinction from a normal grave,
04:24then sometimes people used to be such that
04:26if they were followers of illiterate people,
04:28then they would also belong to these graves.
04:30So, in order to establish a distinction,
04:32i.e. to create a distinction between them,
04:35a sheet was allowed to be put,
04:37so that from a distance,
04:38it would be seen that
04:39this is not a grave of a normal person,
04:41this is a grave of a scholar,
04:42or a Mufti,
04:43or a Mujtahid,
04:44or a grave of a saint,
04:46so it should be respected a little.
04:48The rest should also be done,
04:49but at least this should be done.
04:51So, because of this,
04:52a sheet was allowed.
04:53Then you know that
04:54people do not want to learn the Quran,
04:57nor the Hadith.
04:58With these,
04:59we become,
05:00God forbid,
05:01bored.
05:02And we do not really
05:03participate in any Dars-e-Quran,
05:05nor do we listen to any Dars-e-Hadith.
05:07Yes,
05:08send us this post.
05:09We will continue to verify
05:10these absurd things.
05:11Mufti sahab,
05:12look,
05:13is this right or not?
05:14Is this right or not?
05:15So, what do you think about
05:16the hundreds of people
05:17who have been told the truth?
05:19So, these people
05:20then made a custom.
05:22So, anyway,
05:23if a person gives a sheet,
05:25it should be that
05:27whatever our religious custom is,
05:29or whatever our religious matter is,
05:31we should not
05:32cooperate with non-Muslims for no reason.
05:34But if he is on a high position,
05:36and the fear is that
05:37if we do not cooperate with him,
05:39then there can be a reason for anger,
05:41and after that,
05:42there can be retaliatory actions from him.
05:45So, to protect oneself from someone's evil,
05:47if this is done physically,
05:49then there will be a scope for it.
05:51Otherwise,
05:52it should not be done for no reason.
05:53If there is no need,
05:54then do not do it at all.
05:55He says,
05:56how to offer Salah
05:57sitting on a chair
05:58in a mosque without permission?
06:00He sent a video.
06:01A young man
06:02started offering Salah
06:03sitting on a chair
06:04in a mosque.
06:05And now,
06:06you must have also seen
06:07that earlier
06:08there used to be
06:09one or two chairs.
06:10Now,
06:11it seems that
06:12an army of chairs
06:13has come with him.
06:14There are hundreds of chairs
06:15in the mosque.
06:16So, how is it
06:17to offer Salah
06:18sitting on a chair
06:19without permission?
06:20See,
06:21even if he offers Salah
06:22sitting on a chair
06:23without permission,
06:24of course,
06:25you will get half the reward
06:26and it is not appropriate.
06:27But,
06:28in Nawafil,
06:29it may be permissible.
06:30But,
06:31in Faraiz
06:32and Wajibat,
06:33etc.,
06:34Qiyam is obligatory.
06:35So,
06:36if you offer Salah
06:37sitting on a chair
06:38without permission,
06:39then you will not be able
06:40to offer Salah at all.
06:41It is not permissible
06:42to sit on a chair
06:43because of small excuses.
06:44And,
06:45suppose
06:46there is an excuse,
06:47then first of all
06:48try to offer Salah
06:49sitting on the floor.
06:50Because,
06:51this will make
06:52the rows
06:53not so much
06:54effective.
06:55When a person
06:56sits on a chair,
06:57when he sits,
06:58then he moves
06:59a bit forward
07:00from the rows.
07:01Especially,
07:02there are people
07:03who stand up
07:04when they get up
07:05and then sit
07:06and do Sujood.
07:07So,
07:08when they stand up,
07:09they are here
07:10and the rows
07:11are here.
07:12This means
07:13that the chair
07:14is this much
07:15ahead.
07:16And then,
07:17that chair is wide
07:18because it
07:19covers the space
07:20of two people.
07:21If you keep
07:22this in mind,
07:23then only
07:24a person
07:25who has the right
07:26excuse
07:27can sit on a chair.
07:28If you offer
07:29Salah
07:30without any
07:31excuse,
07:32you will not
07:33be able to
07:34offer Salah.
07:35We have a caller
07:36with us.
07:37Assalamu Alaikum.
07:38Walaikum Assalam
07:39Respected Allama
07:40Sahib.
07:41Yes,
07:42tell me.
07:43I am Kadeer Ahmad
07:44speaking from
07:45Pakpattan.
07:46Yes,
07:47tell me.
07:48My mother
07:49passed away.
07:50Ok.
07:51My mother
07:52passed away
07:53from a stroke
07:54a year ago.
07:55What can I do
07:56for her?
07:57I have a question.
07:58Yes,
07:59I will tell you.
08:00The second
08:01thing is that
08:02a person
08:03commits a sin
08:04when
08:05he repents
08:06perfectly.
08:07How does
08:08a person
08:09repent perfectly?
08:10How is it
08:11achieved?
08:12This is the
08:13question.
08:14Yes,
08:15it is achieved.
08:16How is
08:17it achieved perfectly?
08:18I will tell you.
08:19He said
08:20So they don't make new clothes for a year. What are the conditions?
08:24Their parents have passed away. First we pray for their parents.
08:28May Allah grant them eternal forgiveness and elevate their ranks.
08:32If there are any human errors, may Allah forgive them.
08:37May Allah make their graves a garden from the gardens of Paradise.
08:40And grant them a high station in the Paradise of Paradise.
08:43See, our Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him,
08:45has given a clear teaching in this regard.
08:47That it is not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and other religions
08:52to mourn someone's death for more than three days.
08:58Yes, she will mourn her husband's death for four months and ten days.
09:03Mourning means expressing grief.
09:06One is the feeling of grief and the other is the expression of grief.
09:10The feeling of grief can be for a lifetime and there is no limit to it.
09:14When my Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was martyred,
09:18it was the year of Bibi Khadija, may Allah be pleased with her.
09:21She was very sad and the grief was felt for a long time.
09:27And the other is the expression of grief.
09:29The expression of grief means that a person leaves all the happiness,
09:32leaves adornments, stops eating and drinking, stops making new clothes.
09:36This is called the expression of grief.
09:38Mourning means the expression of grief.
09:40Although the government mentioned a woman in this regard,
09:43it is a common rule that if someone dies,
09:47only the wife will mourn her husband's death for four months and ten days.
09:51This is the expression of grief.
09:53Mourning for someone's death is not permissible for more than three days.
09:57You can mourn for three days.
09:59After that, you will have to do everything.
10:02One is the feeling of grief.
10:04It can go on for years, no problem.
10:06But if after three days you have decided not to burn the stove,
10:09not to make new clothes.
10:11I have seen that if someone dies before Ramadan,
10:14they do not make new clothes for the upcoming Eid.
10:17In fact, people come home and mourn.
10:19Do not be upset.
10:21This is a prohibition.
10:23It is close to Haram.
10:25Because when your Prophet forbade it,
10:27then the opposition to the Prophet's words,
10:29the customs and traditions of your community,
10:31the customs and traditions of your society,
10:33have no value in the eyes of my government.
10:35End the sin.
10:37This is a great innovation.
10:39It has become popular in our homes.
10:41Regarding such innovations,
10:43the Prophet says,
10:45All innovations are misguidance,
10:47and all misguidance is in the Fire.
10:49All innovations are misguidance,
10:51and all misguidance will take you to Hell.
10:53Any family custom or tradition
10:55that clearly opposes the blessed words of the Prophet,
10:58is a sin.
11:00It is close to Haram.
11:02Therefore, you should end this custom.
11:04And the best way to do this is
11:06to make your family members
11:08listen to our clip in a loving manner,
11:10or to make them understand in a loving manner.
11:12Those who do not agree, do not fight with them.
11:14Make them understand in a loving manner.
11:16If they do not agree, then it is up to you.
11:18But in your own family,
11:20you should never allow these innovations to spread.
11:22If, for example,
11:24your mother passed away.
11:26Three days have passed.
11:28Whether it is your son,
11:30or your daughter,
11:32whether it is Eid or Bakra Eid,
11:34you should express your happiness.
11:36Make your children wear new clothes.
11:38Now people will say,
11:40Don't you feel ashamed?
11:42Your mother passed away,
11:44and the whole family is spitting on her.
11:46No one is spitting on the Prophet.
11:48But everyone is spitting on our
11:50innovations and actions
11:52that are against the Qur'an and Hadith.
11:54Think about it.
11:56If you act on the words of the Prophet,
11:58if you act on the words of the Prophet,
12:00then a person will become worthy of being spit on.
12:02And if you go against them,
12:04then Allah forbid,
12:06you have supported the community.
12:08Where will this take you on the way?
12:10To heaven or to hell?
12:12So even if someone is doing this,
12:14do not care about the people of the world.
12:16Take care of yourself.
12:18Listen to your Prophet.
12:20Inshallah, you will be happy in the hereafter.
12:22We will take a short break.
12:24We are sure you will be with us.
12:28Yes, brother.
12:30I wanted to know
12:32that if someone goes to Umrah,
12:34and after Umrah,
12:36he goes to Ta'if
12:38for Ziyarah,
12:40is it necessary for him
12:42to perform Umrah on his way back to Makkah?
12:44And if it is necessary,
12:46and if he does not perform Umrah,
12:48then
12:50what should he do?
12:52Okay, I will tell you.
12:54There is another comment.
12:56Assalamu alaikum.
13:00Assalamu alaikum.
13:02Wa alaikum salam.
13:04Yes, brother, go ahead.
13:08It was about the Sunnah of Fajr and Dhuhr.
13:12Is it necessary for the Imam
13:14to read it before the prayer?
13:16Okay, and
13:18Inshallah, I will tell you.
13:20Brother asked
13:22how will the perfect repentance
13:24be done?
13:26Then I asked
13:28how will it be done?
13:30Both can be done.
13:32One is that the ability of perfect repentance
13:34is purely due to the grace of Allah.
13:36He distributes it in someone's heart
13:38and the person
13:40receives the perfect repentance.
13:42And for that,
13:44the habit of Allah
13:46is that He sends it to such people
13:48or to such books
13:50in which the methods of perfect repentance
13:52are given to them.
13:54Then the person reads them
13:56or stays in someone's company
13:58and learns the method of perfect repentance.
14:00Then the ability of perfect repentance
14:02particularly
14:04to act on it practically
14:06is all from Allah.
14:08So, it means that we should read good books
14:10in which such solutions are written.
14:12We should listen to good reformative statements.
14:14We should stay in the company of good people
14:16who talk about the fear of Allah,
14:18about the hereafter,
14:20about the accountability of the field of society,
14:22then the heart turns towards repentance
14:24and the chances of being able to
14:26receive repentance
14:28increase a lot.
14:32And how to repent?
14:34First understand that repentance is based on sin
14:36and sin is of two types.
14:38We have sinned in the cause of Allah
14:40or we have sinned in the cause of
14:42the rights of people.
14:44If we have sinned in the cause of Allah,
14:46then there are three types.
14:48One is physical worship
14:50like leaving Salah.
14:52The other is financial worship
14:54like paying Zakat.
14:56Or if we have sinned
14:58in the cause of Allah
15:00like drinking alcohol.
15:04In physical worship,
15:06the method of repentance is
15:08to calculate the number of Salah
15:10and fasts we have left.
15:12How many fasts have we left?
15:14How many Salahs have we left?
15:16We should fast and repent
15:18on their delay or abandonment
15:20in the cause of Allah.
15:22If we have sinned in financial worship,
15:24then there is no concept of
15:26fasting in financial worship.
15:28If you have not given Zakat for a year,
15:30then it is your responsibility.
15:32You will have to pay it before your death.
15:34And it is a sin to delay.
15:36So repent on delaying
15:38and pay Zakat
15:40and pay Fitrah,
15:42then you will be responsible.
15:44Hajj is also like this.
15:46You have to do it.
15:48If you cannot do it yourself,
15:50then change it to Hajj.
15:52And the third one is like
15:54drinking alcohol.
15:56The method of repentance is
15:58to remember your sin
16:00and regret it.
16:02And then,
16:04out of fear of Allah,
16:06make a firm intention
16:08not to commit that sin again.
16:10So there are three conditions
16:12that you have to fulfill.
16:14And then,
16:16regret it and
16:18never do it again.
16:20And the third one is
16:22to do it out of fear of Allah.
16:24And then,
16:26there are three types of people
16:28who commit sins.
16:30They have taken someone's property,
16:32they have hurt someone physically
16:34by punching him or breaking his teeth.
16:36Or they have hurt someone spiritually.
16:38I am sorry to say that our sisters
16:40and brothers, there are many people
16:42who have spiritual problems.
16:44They have abused someone.
16:46They have hurt someone's parents.
16:48We call it spiritual pain.
16:50If they have hurt someone
16:52financially,
16:54then first of all,
16:56you have to pay them back.
16:58Or you can ask them to forgive you.
17:00I committed a theft.
17:02Please forgive me.
17:04If they forgive you,
17:06then you are responsible.
17:08You can pay them back now.
17:10You can't do it now.
17:12You can pay them back later.
17:14If you can't pay them back,
17:16then Allah will be responsible.
17:18And you have to apologize
17:20for the pain you have caused.
17:22If you have hurt someone physically,
17:24then you have to apologize.
17:26If you have slapped someone,
17:28then you have to apologize.
17:30If I have punched you,
17:32then you have to apologize.
17:34If I have broken your leg,
17:36then you have to apologize.
17:38Whether they want to do it or not,
17:40you have to forgive them.
17:42You can hit them or forgive them.
17:44You have to apologize.
17:46In the first case,
17:48you have to apologize and then
17:50you have to repent.
17:52When you do something wrong,
17:54you do it for Allah.
17:56Thirdly,
17:58you have a spiritual problem.
18:00It's not like you can abuse me.
18:02It's not like that.
18:04You have to apologize and then
18:06you have to repent to Allah.
18:08In short,
18:10we repent for everything.
18:12First, understand the nature of sin.
18:14Is it a sin for Allah or for people?
18:16There can be three types of sins for Allah.
18:18Determine them.
18:20And then you have to repent.
18:22In short,
18:24take my book, Qurb-e-Ilahi.
18:26It's the best book of this era.
18:28It works for the best reformation and training.
18:30The basic information
18:32that a Muslim should have
18:34for the betterment of his hereafter,
18:36this book will provide.
18:38It's written in a very good way.
18:40This brother said that
18:42someone did Umrah and then
18:44went to Taif for Ziyarah
18:46and then came back to Mecca.
18:48Was Umrah necessary?
18:50If he didn't do it, what would happen?
18:52If you come to Mecca from Taif,
18:54there is a point in between.
18:56If there is a point,
18:58whenever you come back
19:00to Mecca,
19:02you have to do Ihram.
19:04If you want to come to Mecca,
19:06if you want to come to Mecca
19:08from outside Mecca,
19:10with any intention,
19:12Hajj, Umrah, meeting,
19:14Ziyarah, Job,
19:16if you are entering Mecca with any intention,
19:18outside Mecca,
19:20you have to do Ihram.
19:22At least you have to do Umrah.
19:24If you come out of Mecca,
19:26you have to do Dham.
19:28You have to do Zibah in Haram.
19:30You cannot do it at home.
19:32You have to do it there.
19:34And if you are not there,
19:36someone is going to do Umrah,
19:38Hajji sahib, give them money.
19:40They have to do Zibah in Haram.
19:42And remember that one animal
19:44is from one person.
19:46Suppose there were 5 family members
19:48and 5 of them have crossed the limit
19:50without Ihram, then these 5 Dham
19:52will be necessary.
19:54When it comes to giving Dham,
19:56our people say that Allah will forgive.
19:58They calculate that when Riyal
20:00is converted into Pakistani currency,
20:02then there are so many.
20:04And when 5 people multiply it,
20:06then Allah will forgive a lot.
20:08Allah is the one who forgives.
20:10But when we make a mistake,
20:12either you do it in this world
20:14or in the hereafter.
20:16And a wise person is the one
20:18who does everything in this world.
20:20The loss here is not a loss.
20:22You will regret, be ashamed,
20:24Allah will give you blessings.
20:26Because because of Allah's fear,
20:28you have taken a step to
20:30make yourself responsible
20:32for the calculation of the hereafter.
20:34Allah will give you a lot.
20:36And here you are involved in
20:38stinginess and saved a little money.
20:40How long will you eat this money?
20:42It will go away like this.
20:44And the disaster of the hereafter
20:46will be in its place.
20:48This happens on the head of the house.
20:50Sorry, some head of the house
20:52has so much ego that
20:54if you tell them the Qur'an and Hadith,
20:56they get stubborn.
20:58And for their whole family,
21:00they are making it easy
21:02to be courageous against
21:04Allah and His Messenger.
21:06The children also say that
21:08our father was also very courageous,
21:10so we will also do the same.
21:12And in this way, this head of the house
21:14becomes a problem for the whole family.
21:16It becomes the cause of the destruction
21:18of the hereafter.
21:20Therefore, the head of the house
21:22should not look at money,
21:24but should look at the pleasure of Allah.
21:26One brother said that
21:28is it necessary to read the sunnah
21:30of Fajr and Zuhr before the congregation?
21:32See, necessary does not mean
21:34obligatory or obligatory.
21:36If you are taking it as necessary,
21:38then the sunnah is to read it before
21:40the congregation.
21:42But if you can't read it before,
21:44then you can read it later.
21:46You can't read it in Fajr
21:48because the Holy Prophet
21:50has forbidden it.
21:52According to Imam Muhammad,
21:54when the sun rises,
21:56then read two rak'ahs of sunnah.
21:58However, Imam Azam forbids
22:00the reading of sunnah.
22:02So, it doesn't matter
22:04if you can't read it.
22:06If you can't read it before Zuhr,
22:08Isha, or Friday,
22:10then read the sunnah
22:12after the congregation
22:14and then perform the sunnah
22:16as per the prescribed method.
22:18This is what happens.
22:20One brother said that
22:22Sorry
22:24In Islamic banking,
22:26when we deposit money
22:28in an Islamic bank,
22:30they say there is a lot of doubt
22:32that some say it is right
22:34and some say it is not right.
22:36And the Holy Prophet said
22:38that whatever you doubt,
22:40leave it.
22:42So, should we make this hadith
22:44or not?
22:46First of all,
22:48Allah Almighty said
22:50I repeat this verse
22:52that
22:54If you don't know,
22:56then ask the scholars.
22:58And Allah Almighty said
23:00O you who believe,
23:02obey Allah and His Messenger
23:04and those who have power over you.
23:06O people, obey Allah
23:08and His Messenger
23:10and those who have power over you.
23:12The Muftis and scholars
23:14who reform people,
23:16teach them the rules,
23:18and train them.
23:20This means that
23:22if there is a bank
23:24where a Mufti,
23:26a true religious scholar
23:28is present,
23:30and he says to the people
23:32that we have seen their method,
23:34so you can benefit from this.
23:36Then remember that
23:38the people became responsible
23:40for their actions.
23:42They asked the scholars.
23:44Now it is the scholars' responsibility.
23:46If Allah does not want
23:48to punish a person
23:50from among the scholars
23:52and he is a traitor
23:54and does not teach the whole religion
23:56and hides some things,
23:58then this is the worst.
24:00There is no harm for the people.
24:02So, they can do it.
24:04And I have also explained to you
24:06that some things are proven
24:08in the light of the Qur'an and Hadith.
24:10There are certain things
24:12in the light of the Qur'an and Hadith.
24:14There are certain things,
24:16but these are their personal opinions
24:18which are called religious texts.
24:20Most of them are in the Islamic banking.
24:22Religious texts are being left out.
24:24Reforms are made in them.
24:26Frankly speaking,
24:28they try to avoid opposition.
24:30But there are many other details
24:32in this that sometimes
24:34we can go against the Nafs-e-Qata'i
24:36For example, in the Holy Qur'an
24:38Allah has forbidden
24:40the eating of the dead
24:42and on the other hand,
24:44in a state of helplessness,
24:46He has given permission to eat.
24:48But if there is no intention
24:50of disobedience,
24:52of oppression,
24:54then he can save his life.
24:56There are many details in this
24:58and sometimes it happens
25:00that it is not only with life,
25:02but religion, life, wealth,
25:04intellect, and lineage.
25:06These five things are called
25:08the objectives of the five.
25:10All the commandments of the Shariah
25:12are for the protection of these five.
25:14All the commandments revolve
25:16around these five.
25:18These are the objectives of protection.
25:20So these are the principles of the Shariah.
25:22Sometimes one of these five
25:24is being attacked.
25:26He is afraid of dying.
25:28So the Shariah says
25:30that you can get protection.
25:32That is why I said
25:34that this is a very detailed issue.
25:36But understand that when the scholars
25:38have given you permission,
25:40then you can do it.
25:42There is no problem in your hereafter.
25:44We will take a short break.
25:46We are sure that you will be with us.
25:48A brother asked,
25:50I have heard in the Hadith
25:52that the Prophet said
25:54that do not count or give
25:56otherwise Allah will also count you.
25:58Is this true?
26:00Yes, these are the physical words.
26:02The Prophet said
26:04that do not count or give
26:06otherwise Allah will also count you.
26:08This means that
26:10when Allah has given you
26:12wealth,
26:14one thing is that you should not be
26:16stingy in it, you should not stop it
26:18otherwise Allah will stop it.
26:20Or if it has been given in abundance
26:22and I have given it in one or two places,
26:24now I have given it in one or two places
26:26and I am not giving more.
26:28Or if it has been given in abundance
26:30and I have given it in one or two places,
26:32now I have given it in one or two places
26:34and I am not giving more.
26:36Then the government is indicating
26:38that if you keep counting
26:40then Allah will also count you
26:42and you will be able to count.
26:44Sometimes there are so many
26:46that it is not even possible
26:48to count for a person.
26:50So this will indicate
26:52to the lack of blessing.
26:54Otherwise,
26:56it is not prohibited to count.
26:58Some say that do not count
27:00there will be no blessing.
27:02You have to do the same calculation.
27:04If you give to a poor person,
27:06he will not take out all the money
27:08and give it without counting.
27:10These things will be given after
27:12counting.
27:14Counting is not meant here.
27:16In the same way,
27:18stinginess and love for wealth
27:20and not spending where it should be
27:22or after spending,
27:24if you think that
27:26you are short of wealth,
27:28then Allah is also
27:30involved in the shortage of blessings.
27:32Have a heart of gold,
27:34spend for Allah and
27:36have faith in His promise.
27:38My Prophet said clearly
27:40that by Allah,
27:42your wealth is not less than
27:44charity.
27:46In terms of quantity,
27:48you will definitely see less
27:50but Allah will give you
27:52in this world and
27:54in the hereafter.
27:56But you should spend wisely.
27:58Someone asked
28:00that the Day of Judgment
28:02has not been established yet
28:04and no one has gone to heaven or hell.
28:06The Prophet was shown heaven
28:08in the journey of Ascension
28:10or some affairs of heaven
28:12and many torments of hell.
28:14What was this?
28:16Had people reached hell
28:18or was the future shown?
28:20What was this?
28:22There are many things
28:24that are going to happen in the future
28:26but were shown to the Prophet.
28:28And there were many things
28:30that were torments of hell.
28:32Like in the journey of Ascension,
28:34the spiritual Ascension,
28:36where the Prophet was sleeping
28:38and two people came to him
28:40and took him to heaven.
28:42In the dream, the Prophet
28:44was taken to heaven.
28:46It is called
28:48the spiritual Ascension.
28:50And the dream of the Prophet
28:52is a form of divine revelation.
28:54So it is a true dream.
28:56And many torments of hell
28:58were shown to people.
29:00And if the government has mentioned
29:02the torment of hell,
29:04then it is going to happen in the future.
29:06Or it is happening in the grave
29:08and the real torment will be in hell.
29:10Someone asked
29:12that if someone is printing the Holy Quran
29:14and wants to publish it,
29:16then it can be a great reward
29:18for us to cooperate financially.
29:20It is absolutely possible.
29:22Any religious book,
29:24printing of the Holy Quran,
29:26printing of religious books,
29:28giving books to a religious student,
29:30spending money in building mosques.
29:32Similarly,
29:34making a good student in his life
29:36who is intelligent, smart,
29:38sincere with religion,
29:40a scholar and a Mufti.
29:42Some say that we want to make a Hafiz-e-Quran.
29:44Hafiz-e-Quran is a good thing.
29:46And I do not deny the blessings of Hafiz-e-Quran.
29:48But let us first see
29:50whether the Hafiz-e-Quran is ready
29:52to act upon the Holy Quran
29:54after memorizing it.
29:56It is not a perfection to be a Hafiz-e-Quran.
29:58It is a perfection to be a Hafiz-e-Quran in practice.
30:00We give money to make a Hafiz-e-Quran.
30:02We come to know that after making a Hafiz-e-Quran,
30:04that person does not keep a beard,
30:06nor does he pray,
30:08he is roaming around with boys,
30:10he does not recite the Holy Quran later.
30:12He is fed up with his sister.
30:14Or there are some girls who memorize the Holy Quran
30:16and then they forget it.
30:18The boys have another chance to recite the Holy Quran
30:20while the girls do not even get this chance.
30:22And then after going to their in-laws,
30:24the responsibility of the husband,
30:26the responsibility of the children,
30:28getting involved in other crises,
30:30the whole Quran is fed up.
30:32So this will not be a reward for you.
30:34Then it means that you used it in a good deed.
30:36But it is very beneficial to make a scholar and a Mufti.
30:38The scholar will keep on studying
30:40and the Mufti will prepare other scholars,
30:42write books,
30:44teach,
30:46write fatwas,
30:48write articles,
30:50so it is very beneficial.
30:52That is why I said that
30:54you should choose a smart, intelligent,
30:56sincere child.
30:58It is said that
31:00there was a boy who died.
31:02His father was from a very poor family.
31:04But his father
31:06in the 10th, 20th, 40th
31:08made goat meat.
31:10So we said to him,
31:12this is so expensive, why did you use meat?
31:14You could have used cow or chicken.
31:16He said that actually
31:18my son likes goat meat.
31:20He used to eat that.
31:22And in Fatihah, the same thing should be cooked
31:24that the deceased likes.
31:26That gives him peace.
31:28So was this logic of the father
31:30correct or not?
31:32It was completely wrong, sir.
31:34It has nothing to do with it.
31:36The deceased must have cooked something.
31:38Whatever he used to eat,
31:40even the cold drink he used to drink,
31:42he used to give it as charity.
31:44This is what he liked.
31:46This does not give peace to the deceased.
31:48People are eating and drinking.
31:50What peace will he get?
31:52Now suppose he used to eat rabri
31:54and I eat rabri in his memory,
31:56he will get peace.
31:58Why will he get peace?
32:00The deceased gets peace when we
32:02pray for him,
32:04when we pray for him,
32:06when his parents do good deeds,
32:08he gets peace.
32:10These are the things that give peace.
32:12Not that we get addicted to eating and drinking.
32:14This is of no use.
32:16And no deceased gets peace.
32:18There is no concept of
32:20comfort for the deceased.
32:22These are the things we have made up.
32:24It is the same thing
32:26as I request you.
32:28Some people may be upset about this.
32:30Because when our personal interests
32:32are not taken care of,
32:34we feel bad.
32:36We have made our families and
32:38other things so rich that
32:40even if the child does not know the Quran,
32:42does not know the Hadith,
32:44does not follow the words of the Prophet,
32:46does not worry about the hereafter,
32:48does not worry about death,
32:50does not worry about the torment of the grave,
32:52does not worry about the field of society,
32:54he will get peace.
32:56These are the things that
32:58have become a part of our family
33:00and we are happy that
33:02we are doing a great thing.
33:04This is not right.
33:06You can do anything for Isaal-e-Sawab.
33:08But I always tell you
33:10that you should always
33:12do Teejah, 40th, 10th, 20th, Fatiha,
33:14Nazar, Niaz.
33:16Food will be cooked only for Allah.
33:18The reward will also be given only by Allah.
33:20To attain the nearness of Allah
33:22should be the aim.
33:24Just make an intention that
33:26Allah will reward us.
33:28Allah will give you Isaal.
33:30Allah will give you a share
33:32of the goodness of this food.
33:34That is all.
33:36There is no need to add
33:38anything else.
33:40It is not necessary
33:42that everything else is bad.
33:44But I am saying that
33:46if you make a foundation,
33:48there will be no objection.
33:50And InshaAllah,
33:52you will get its reward in the hereafter.
33:54A brother asked,
33:56I am very worried.
33:58What should I do?
34:00This boy wrote the word Buzurk.
34:02He said, do one thing,
34:04clean your father's shoes
34:06and you will be successful.
34:08This young man said,
34:10I did this and I was successful.
34:12Now I ask you,
34:14was my success because of this
34:16or because of something else?
34:18See, sometimes
34:20we consider everyone to be Buzurk.
34:22When Bab-e-Shabe come,
34:24they have rings on their fingers,
34:26they have a stick in their hand,
34:28they don't know how to read a Kalima,
34:30they don't know how to pray.
34:32We ask them,
34:34this prayer is not for us,
34:36we are poor people.
34:38The Prophet's saying is not for this,
34:40it is for others.
34:42And we say,
34:44he is also a Buzurk.
34:46Every Baba is a Buzurk.
34:48The one who follows Shariah is a Buzurk.
34:50Now whom are they calling Buzurk?
34:52It is a very good thing to respect your teacher.
34:54But the solution to this problem
34:56is to clean your shoes.
34:58This is neither said in the Quran nor in the Hadith.
35:00The Quran says,
35:04Our Prophet said,
35:06treat your relatives well.
35:08Allah will increase your sustenance.
35:10Treat your parents well.
35:12Talk to them in a gentle tone.
35:14Serve them.
35:16Cooperate financially if they are in need.
35:18Don't commit any sin.
35:20Don't talk to them in a way that hurts their feelings.
35:26Don't say oh to them.
35:28Don't scold them.
35:30Talk to them in a gentle tone.
35:32This is what our Shariah is teaching us.
35:34You have cleaned your shoes,
35:36you got good luck.
35:38No Shariah has told you this.
35:40It is a good thing,
35:42but the solution to this problem
35:44is that they may have seen something.
35:46But the thing that Shariah did not teach,
35:48I am sorry to say,
35:50that whenever something like this happens,
35:52we will first present it in the Quran and Hadith.
35:54The Quran and Hadith should support it.
35:56For example, the solution to this problem is in this.
35:58The Quran and Hadith will tell us.
36:00Or we will decide something from our own absence.
36:02Yes, it is possible that they have seen
36:04that there is arrogance in his heart.
36:06He does such a disgusting thing.
36:08He disrespects the teacher.
36:10His father may be getting unfortunate.
36:12So he said, clean your shoes.
36:14And the purpose is not that
36:16to make you feel sorry,
36:18to make you realize your mistake.
36:20This is a good thing.
36:22But anyway, if this is the intention
36:24that if you clean it, you will get good luck.
36:26It is not like that.
36:28Those things should be adopted
36:30that the Shariah is teaching.
36:32Anyway, the rest is that
36:34whether it happened or not,
36:36we will discuss it in detail in the next program.
36:38Until then, I would like to ask
36:40my guest and the whole team of our QTV
36:42to pray for us.
36:44And first of all,
36:46may Allah watch our program
36:48and encourage others to watch it.
36:50It will be beneficial.
36:52If anyone can see it and correct it,
36:54it will be a great reward for him.
36:56And I also pray for you that
36:58may Allah keep you happy in this world and the hereafter.
37:00And may He always protect you
37:02from loss of blessings and loss of honor.
37:04Ameen.
37:06Wa Akhiru Da'awana Anil Hamdulillahi Rabbil Alameen.
