00:07We got to know Chriska.
00:09Ariel Hoops is Chriska's favorite.
00:13What pushed you to do it consistently if it's hard in the beginning?
00:20Actually, at first, I did it.
00:22For example, I started, I first tried it in April, right?
00:26In 2023.
00:28And then I said, shucks, I can't do it. So I stopped.
00:31And then I went back a few months after to try it again.
00:35And then that's where I started.
00:36It continued.
00:38Because at first, I said, shucks, I'm inferior.
00:41It's hard, I really can't do it.
00:43And then my classmates were just great, they were strong.
00:46And then at the same time, I said, I also want to be like that.
00:49And then my teachers said, and my classmates also said,
00:53just do it, and then eventually you can do it just like them.
00:58And true enough, what they used to do is easy for me now.
01:02But of course, my journey continues.
01:05Isn't it dangerous?
01:07Not really, as long as you know how to do it.
01:12And you know how to handle it safely.
01:15Like for example, if you feel that you're not secure,
01:19you need to go down the pole or the apparatus already so that you're also safe.
01:39So does it make you slimmer?
01:41I think for me, in my own experience, yes.
01:45Because this is one of the things that I've been consistently doing for the past two years.
01:51So in my experience, I weighed more before.
01:56I became more consistent in my movement.
01:59And through that, I really did lose weight.
02:02I lost almost 10 kilos before.
02:05Because there was a time in my life, after the pandemic,
02:12that I gained like almost 10 kilos then.
02:16And then I realized, what I've been doing consistently.
02:21People are telling me, you're getting slimmer.
02:23And I'm like, I'm not on a diet.
02:26Aside from being stronger,
02:29she also felt that she's not as sick as before.
02:34It means something positive is happening in my body because of what I'm doing.
