00:00I headed along to recently opened Edinburgh restaurant Barry Fish down by the shore, opened recently by one of Scotland's most acclaimed chefs Barry Bryson.
00:11For my first visit to this fine dining experience I went for the Big Snacks menu served between half four and half six.
00:18Recommended to try two or three of each of the menu, I went for two.
00:22First up, this Barry Fish Sea Trout Pastrami which comes with aioli, capers and dry grapes.
00:29With my first taste of Barry Fish a lovely mixture of flavours going down a treat.
00:35Next up I went adventurous and tried some octopus with whipped feta and persolade.
00:42I have to say it was an incredible taste sensation which mixed in beautifully with the sauces.
00:48It wasn't long before I sunk that octopus.
00:53And with the restaurant located right next to the shore it was great just to watch the water and the world just go by while we enjoyed our fine dining experience at Barry Fish.
01:07And for pudding I went for chocolate caramel with a dark chocolate outer layer with inner light chocolate and with a little bit of fudge.
01:16A rich treat to end a great night of fine dining.
01:22I had a great night at Barry Fish and I highly recommend that you try it out soon.
