01:50people started to get a little testy because they couldn't get in etc and then shack showed up so that added a
01:56little bit to it shack is affiliated with big chicken restaurants inside eating last friday while feathers
02:03ruffled outside particularly for 21 year old william prieto seen here on security cameras
02:10crowd overheard some comments uh that led them to believe that uh that the one guy had a pistol in his
02:21backpack they'd eventually find a bb gun in his bag made to look like a pistol a livingston county sheriff's
02:28deputy calls for backup and they ask prieto and his two female companions to leave he doesn't and squares
02:33up charging deputies unfortunately none of this had to happen if they would have just left with a mass
02:39crown and mass shootings on their minds deputies want to move the trio away but it escalates the guy
02:45saw what was going on i assume he thought that we pushed her down or whatever and uh went and
02:52clotheslined the deputy uh and the rest is history no one was seriously hurt in the encounter but it
02:58did end with some serious charges against prieto for carrying a concealed weapon resisting and for
03:04being a habit he almost looks like he could be the child of shaquille o'neal a little bit
03:09doesn't he look very similar in the face i see it true offender 21 year old abigail strong and her mom
03:1548 year old holly strong charged with the three piece of resisting officers they got their five minutes
03:21youtube fame i'm just not sure that's how they wanted it especially with the criminal charges so
03:26there you have it the sheriff says that the two tasers that were deployed did not take effect on
03:31prieto and that deputy that was clotheslined he did suffer minor injuries reporting in heartland
