Do you have concerns that some UK car parks might deliberately make things difficult for drivers, just so operators can hand out excessive fines?

00:00As I say, someone who works outside Bristol, coming into Bristol, I find the provision of car parking is certainly tighter than I'd like. It's very often very hard to get space for cars.
00:11I have a reputation within the family for parking a long way away from places, just so I don't get incur car park charges. So I'm kind of immune to it. But my son's had a number of car park charges. He fell asleep in a car park one time he got charged for it.
00:30It's just sad. It would be nice if there was one app that covered all car parking. I know I'm sure there's not an awful lot of people asking for that, but it would be really nice.
00:43I'm not familiar with that issue myself. I mean, I don't drive. One thing that really does bother me is traffic congestion. So I think whatever encourages people to get out of their cars and onto public transport is a good thing.
00:56Unfairly fining people, obviously, that's not good.
