00:00It certainly was a piece of welcome news he could use to push him on amidst all the political noise and tasks with the nation's most difficult job.

00:10Results of the latest major pollsters survey indicate the people's trust and confidence in him are still intact.

00:18Our Harley Valbuena tells us more on the president getting his mojo back after seeing the latest OCTA survey results.

00:25Well, it just validates that what we are doing, that people are beginning to understand what we have been trying to do for the last two and a half, almost three years.

00:40This is the reaction of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on the tugon ng masa survey of OCTA research, where he remains as the most trusted government official.

00:51In the survey, 6 out of 10 Filipinos, or 60%, said they firmly trust President Marcos Jr.

00:5959%, meanwhile, are satisfied with his performance.

01:04The chief executive said this shows progress, which inspires him even more.

01:09So, it continues to inspire me because it shows that we are making progress and that's always good to know.

01:22Some Filipinos also commended the administration's programs for the poor.

02:01Octa Research Fellow Dr. Guido David added, the survey proves majority of Filipinos are still happy with the leadership of President Marcos Jr.

02:1160% of Filipinos trust President Bongbong Marcos. Ayon sa mga tinanong natin sa mga kababayan natin, majority still trust and masaya, satisfied sa performance ng Pangulo.

02:29Moreover, Malacanang noted that despite the political noise and the attempts to discredit the government, Filipinos are still focused on the bigger achievements of the administration.

02:40The palace therefore assured to enhance further the programs against hunger and poverty, such as the 20 pesos per kilo rice project, walang gutong program of DSWD, pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Programmer for Peace, and feeding programs in schools.

02:57Dahil mahalaga po ang kapakanan ng taong bayan kay Pangulong Marcos, papalawigin pa po ang mga programa para matugunan po ang mga isyo patungkol po sa kahirapan at kagutuman.
