00:00okay we're going to demonstrate a basic shoulder relocation strapping this is our start position

00:11from this start position we want to give ourselves a nice anchor around the arm as our starting point
00:16so just work around the mid bicep we're going to come all the way around around the arm and then
00:23just tack it off there make sure we're not too tight on the bicep from here we're going to give
00:29ourselves three strips so just think of your adidas stripes middle front and back and we're working
00:46towards just the middle of the trapezius here so once you've got your three strips then we can start
00:54filling in the gaps so we're just gently pinning here pulling a bit of tension up onto the top of
01:00the trap same from the back until we've filled in all the gaps here okay so once we've got this we're
01:20then going to put some 45s on so a 45 degree from the back towards the front coming to the top of the
01:30pec another 45 and the same then from the front towards the back
01:42okay so we've got our strips up our 45s we're then going to lock these off so we're going to come from
01:59the front of the chest just gently pull a bit of pressure down working from inside to out one more
02:16and then lastly we would just anchor this off at the arm again just to make sure the tape pop off
02:27just give that bicep a good squeeze good and there we go
