Watts commented on the incident via her Facebook page, saying she was handcuffed by police after kissing her boyfriend while they were sitting in their car, fully clothed.

Her comment was posted along with a picture of her crying in handcuffs standing next to a police officer.

Someone called 911 to report a couple engaging in indecent exposure in their silver Mercedes.

A prepared statement from the Los Angeles Police Department is quoted saying: “Upon further investigation it was determined that no crime had been committed. Ms. Watts and her companion were subsequently released.”
