This past season wasn’t exactly the greatest for the Milwaukee Brewers. However, the baseball team recently gained some positive recognition, as the Brewers’ pooch named Hank has been declared the ‘Dog of the Year’ during the CW Network's World Dog Awards.

The Golden Hydrant was given to him by Paris Hilton during the ceremony and after he was named the top dog, Hank spent some time celebrating with Hilton, host George Lopez and Terrell Owens.
Hank was one out of a total of five finalists that were in the running for the award. He got the most online votes and in the end, his claiming of the number one spot wasn’t a shock to most people as he gained quite a few fans this past year.
