Venezuela Expresses Hopes for Peace in Colombia

Just before the historic announcement was made in Havana by the FARC and the Colombian government, the Venezuelan representative Roy Chaderton expressed his country’s hopes for a peaceful resolution of the armed conflict in Colombia. He stressed that President Nicolas Maduro, Foreign Minister Delcy Rodriguez and the entire Venezuelan team serving as a guarantor in the process have high hopes for a peace agreement. teleSUR
