Astronomers unleashed the immense power of NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope to create an image of what the incredibly dense star cluster in the center of our galaxy looks like.

Astronomers unleashed the immense power of NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope to create an image of what the incredibly dense star cluster in the center of our galaxy looks like.
To create the view, scientists stitched together nine infrared readings gathered by the telescope’s Wide Field Camera 3 and then translated them into colors viewable by the human eye. 
The area shown measures roughly 50 light years across and is located some 27,000 light years away.
