Learn how to make Pav Bhaji Masala powder at home from our chef Archana Arte on Ruchkar Mejwani. Pav Bhaji is a popular street fast food dish loved by all. Pav bhaji masala as the name suggests is a blend of spices used in the preparation of the bhaji.

Ingredients:

4-5 Bay Leaf
50 gms Kashmiri Dry Red Chillies
4 tbsp Coriander Seeds
3 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Raw Mango Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Fennel Seeds
3 Masala Cardamom
1 tsp Cloves

Method:

- Heat a flat bottom pan.
- Add bay leaf, kashmiri dry red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepperm masala cardamom, fennel seeds & cloves.
- Dry roast all the ingredients for few minutes.
- Add the roasted ingredients in a mixer blender. Grind everything to a fine powder.
- Then add raw mango powder and mix well.
- Store this Pav Bhaji Masala in an air tight container and use whenever required. This masala lasts for a couple of months if stored in refrigerator.
